I was happy last year, when I visited an art exhibit (impressionist art) that I had not completely lost my capacity to be amazed... Internet and social media in particular, has poisoned our lives.
I had a similar thought the other day, which was: " I miss my capacity to be amazed". We have been chronically (and acuetely) overstimulated by online content. I do my best to limit my consumption of digital content. I get my news from various reputable sources, but I also check X (30 min max, not every day) to see what mainstream media doesn't show us.But one of the thing i miss the most is my "innocence".
