Side note third semaglutide injection at 0.25mg this is a game changer, everyone at work ordered junk food, i ate my small lunch no appetite at all had to force myself. One of the haters at my job laugh at me when i said i wanted to lose weight, i told her how can you comment on anything looking like that a fat turtle, she got mad, the future is bright. I just can't wait when she comes see me in a couple of months to know what i did. Hahahaha the fun begins

Its called self projection, that women at my job who now morphed into a very obese seal knows she is never going to lose the weight, so she tried to bring people down to her level. The only thing is that i took shit for so long that now i hold nothing back inside. And you want to know the worse thing, yeah i am cheating with semaglutide because it makes thing so easy but when i lose that weight and get fit again she is going to suck up to me to try and find out what i did to lose that weight. Theses assholes don't know it but they lid a fire under my ass, and there is no turning back now leaving fat land very soon.

On a side note 99% of people at my job young and old are all lazy, most of them gained from 30 to 70 pounds in the last year, we are shift workers, its insane how much uber eats, and takeout and restaurant comes in, and its all junk.

FYI you are not taking the therapeutic dose yet. The therapeutic dose starts at 1mg.

A friend of mine who has diabetes was taking ozempic. He went up to 2mg which is the max dose. Wegovy is higher, i think.

Also, as someone mentioned, you should be prepared that this is a lifelong thing. Most - not all, but most people need to stay on it or the weight comes back. Obesity is considered a chronic condition. So just like any chronic condition, if you stop treatment, it comes back.

I find this stuff fascinating tbh.

Its not fascinating its trial and error, after being on for 6 weeks now at a dosage of 0.50mg split in two twice per week i have those, stomach pains, cannot eat too much in one sitting, headhacks, and appetit that comes and goes.

My sport doctor warned me about all of this and also the coming off, permanent changes to diet must be done, and to be honest i got a guy at my job who ordered PFK 2 twizller burger (sorry if i did not say that right its the spicy burger thing) and fries for 45$, that makes no sense at all, a pizza is now 26$ if you get it delivered and sometimes the tip is not included.

I lost a bit of weight and finally losing my gut. My face is starting to lose its fat scary because i am far from my ideal weight. There is a guy at my job who takes semaglutide for diabetes, he was very obese at first and did lose weight but now everything is stalled, he stop losing weight and is at max dosage, but its purpose was not weight loss to start it was for is diabetes, this tells me that even at max dosage semaglutide will stop working eventually.

The best magic pill was the ephedrine combo we had back in the 90 when they remove this, everything after was a placebo or crap.

I tried clenbuterol and its hell, but i had good results with T3 cytomel, in fact i got some on the way. I still have a lot of semaglutide and apparently most men don,t have to go full dosage to get the benefits some study i read, the sweet spot is around 0,50mg per week, i am not planning to go higher i eat less and radically change my eating habits and its working.

Also got a bunch of compression shirts, new 16oz boxing gloves, and i do heavy bag workout, weight training and walking.

Have you lost any weight yet or not? How much, and in what period of time? How many calories are you eating per day?

Too much talking about others and not enough but your own results. Your attitude has to be focused.

lol so far 15 pounds gone my calories vary but not that with semaglutide i am not hungry and i force feed myself most of the time.
Protein are cottage cheese, greek yogourt, plan base powder, nut milk, eggs, low fat cheese stick, carbs you need them i get them with fiber veggies.

Train hell yeah, day 1 chest delts triceps, day 2 back biceps day 3 legs, stop going to failure on all exercises this was killing me.

I listen to my body for training, sometimes its 4 sometimes its 6 times per week when i am off i also train twice per day.

I do cardio boxing and rowing machine, 10 min rowing, (still a bit of back pain) but intense does the job, cardio boxe is 10 minutes HIIT found on youtube free video, or bas rutten heavy bag workout 10 rounds of 2 minutes so 30 min.

I also walk, at work during the night 10-15 in the parking brisk walk and at home 30 min or so.

Am i focus hell yeah there is no turning back. No junk no ordering, no pizza no poutine no fries nothing deep fried, all whole food.

On a side note and what i learn so far, semaglutide is not magic and far from it, it will cut down appetite, cravings, sugar urge but you still need to put in the effort or you won't lose any weight.

the drug is bound to stop working at some point, there is a guy at my job who is diabetic, he as been on semaglutide for 2 years now, max dosage at 2.4mg per week, i remember at first he lost like 60 pounds but he would have a lot more to lose, even at the highest dosage is weight loss stop, but that is not is goal its for diabetes.

Today was hell experiencing joint pain, my training as been suffering, no energy, so i need to review my diet and add more carbs, and shorter fasting like 14-16h tops, i been fasting for 20 plus hours a day eating like a bird and without knowing it cutting out carbs like crazy, lifting weights in the morning and on off days doing intense cardio boxing at night.

I am 52 and need to face reality which sucks, i am far from 21 years old when i lost 19 pounds in 3 weeks for a tae kwon do competition, those days are far gone sadly.

I am 15 pounds down, but i still have 40 plus to lose so patience is the key and looking at a 1y mark seems more feasible. Also i don't plan on staying on semaglutide all my life so meal plan diet change must be permanent or i will regain and maybe more. Last year my weight was 283 pounds makes no sense at all.

Like I mentioned in another thread "Is seeing Sp's only for the rich", when I was younger i didn't have the money to do so and as I got older things were easier. Same thing goes for food, I love to eat and now that I can afford it I do it.
They say that making love is like running 8 miles...who runs 8 miles in 30 seconds?
I was in shape until I turned 52, 6'2" tall and 210 lbs athletic body with muscled arms and legs. Now still in shape...well round is a shape...isn't it?
I used to have a studio in my basement where I did work outs and had videos to entice the experience like this one.
My friends would come over and exercise and we would practice our Tae kwon Do together all until Covid...everything stopped and now hard to start over again.

The thing that sucks about trying to loose weight, is mucils weigh more than fat.... I am seeing the numbers on the scale go down so slowly, and yet hearing from others they see I'm getting slimmer/fitter.
And being a woman, depending when in the month cycle, as there is more water retention at times. Loss is slower as even though I see everyone else useing pills, or injections to loose it, I am trying my best to loose it the hard, and medication free way. Oddly enough because of a history of eating only between 5pm-8pm, intermittent fasting doesn't work, I needed to introduce protein shakes in the morning to start the day, and before bed, and that seems to be helping speed up the metabolism.
My full goal is only to loose about 30 lbs total anyways, but celebrating my 5lbs losses at a time to keep motivated rather than discouraged it isn't going fast enough. Making life changes rather than seeing it as a diet for a period of time, allowing myself treats here and there, but have found my protein smoothies have been becoming a prefered option over junkfood.

Everything in moderation, including moderation.

Muscle weighs more than fat, but building muscle increases your basal metabolic rate. Meaning your body naturally burns more calories.

I'm in a period where I'm being strict with my diet to maintain a calorie defecit, and try and get tons of protein at the same time. Combined with regular exercise you can see changes pretty fast. I never look at a scale tho to use as a goal. I'm interested in losing body fat and toning muscle. What the scale says is just a number.
