Thinking Of The Mp Business

Hello to everyone, i m thinking of opening up a massage parlor in the montreal area. Fisrt thing is first i would like some input from you guys as to what kind of improvements or suggestions you guys would like to see. Anything goes guys,before i start renovations. Do you guys prefer a house or a commercial location?
My impression is not to have a huge sign outside advertising the place so its kinda discreet when your walking in(example) there is a place on park avenue where when you ring the bell you wait 3-5 minutes before they buzz you in,and everybody on park avenue knows what your plans are(lol). Just give me a feedback guys on what you would like and what you dont want..

Can you give us some idea of the scale of the project? For example, are you talking about a large spa-type place with jacuzzi, showers and other luxuries, or are you thinking more of a small place with a few rooms and 2-3 girls?

Which massage parlour in town would be on the same scale at the one you are planning?

as of now i haven t really seen this type of place. I am planning a 2 floor place with 2 different doors to enter or exit, 2 waiting rooms. I ve read alot of stories from guys who dont like to be in a waiting room with other guys,so i m opting for the 2 floor. Every room will have a shower and yes there will be jacuzzi's. There will be no rooms for the girls to hide or hang out in,i will request they walk around or sit with the guys waiting,wanna make it feal cozy for everyone. A receptionist that speaks perfect french and english, and i repeat NO CAMERAS IN THE ROOMS, i find that really offensive. The only problem i am having is the areas. The only locations i am finding are apartments,alot of the commercial locals turn away once i say what it s for. So the cards are stacked against me..As for the girls i used to run an sp agency in montreal so i will try my best to get some hot girls,no crackheads and no bums,they must have all there teeth and have a little personnality.
