Keeping UP with the times, folks
I have to agree with JH that the hall will be crawling with beauties tonight. And a good percentage of them will be “in the mood” because that is a good part of what his “musical manipulations” are designed for.
I can understand the reaction of those who don’t see what is there to watch, but it’s much more like a huge party. DJ’s are not music makers per se, they are music transformers. The mixing, dubbing and all other special effects change it, but more important is the sequencing. Today’s star disc jockeys are instrumental in bringing many world artists to our attention.

Café del Mar and the various DJ’s who release the
Buddha Bar series are all examples of music from all over the globe arranged not only side by side, but with a “mood altering” idea of progression.

Loft and he is a big part of the performance.
I can’t say I’m a huge
Tiësto fan, but I like some of the stuff he does. I have a couple of his double albums ripped into my catalogue.
I like music from all eras, languages and most styles, much like the DJ’s mentioned above. More than one lady who has visited me asked if I could “burn” her a CD or MP3 copy of the playlist that was on…
