As an occasional visitor, I'd say it's well deserved in my mind. I think Montreal probably deserves a bit higher on the list in general, but certainly so for the hobby. In many of those places you'll see hot women but the ones available to hobbyists are typically of a lower caliber unless you're ready to spend big $$. Of the cities on that list, only Montreal and Prague stand out as places where you can find the best of the best available as SPs at "normal" prices. (I should say it's been more than 10 years since I was in Prague, so my knowledge may be dated.)
I like Rio but there are other cities in Brazil with better looking woman than Rio. I like the Paulista look better. The guchas of South Brazil are probably the best looking Woman I have ever seen in my life. I went to a brothel in Joinville and the woman were out of this world. I missed my chance at a Kim Kardashian look alike....I couldn't make up my mind. The woman of Blumenal are said to be the most beautiful of all of Brazil. This is where all the young models are being recruited. I believe that Gizelle Munchin is from there. I was there for a trade show and I can tell you that the models and the escorts are outstanding. I love Rio and I am a fan of the Terma scene. I love the the street girls of Atlantica ave who wait for johns by sitting on their cars. I love the freelancers at the Balcony but there is better in Brasil. I'll take the GoodGirls line-up over any Terma lineup I've seen in Rio....Unless you like big bundas and anal sex as standard. Just sayin boys...you got it good in Montreal.
I agree that Rio de Janeiro is overrated and also agree that there is much better in other places in Brazil, Sao Paulo and South Brazil, like Blumenal, Florianopolis and Porto Alegre as Hungry listed are much better IMHO.

I'm surprised not to see more cities from eastern europe, like Budapest, Kiev, Moscow, Riga. From my experience traveling there, the girls and even more mature women are stunningly beautiful. Even more so than Prague. But hey, beauty is in the eye of the beholder....
London, England, after spending one week in this great city all I can say about the women is WOW!!!, simply the hottest women that I have ever seen, this city does not get it's due when it comes to beautiful women and god knows that I am a big, big fan of the great city of Montreal especially the women who make the city crack all of the top 10 rankings for beautiful women but the women of London are simlply off the charts and on another level compared to Montreal, I have never seen so many drop dead gorgeous 10 out of 10 women walking the streets, when I say 10 out 10 I'm talking Victoria Secret Model types, 5'7, 5'8 120 LBS statuesque were all over the place and the amazing thing is that 95 percent of the girls that I saw were by themselves either at the subway station or downtown, simply an amazing experience and atmosphere.:thumb:

In August of 2009 I went to see two tennis matches of the quarter finals of the ATP Canada Draw in Montreal with Nadal v Del Porto and Roddick v Djokovic. Great matches by the way. During intermission I looked around and it looked like a convention of perfect young tanned Swedish-type blonde goddesses. At my seat my friend and I were practically surrounded by them. I had never seen such a large group of women so astounding in beauty before and haven't since. Merci beaucoup MONTREAL. :amen:

Paris for sure. I used to live in Paris, woke up at 7am and saw tons of beautiful elegant women going to work. They were the working class women, imagine. I haven't seen that in Montreal. The downside is that Parisian women smoke like chimneys to keep their delicate appearance. I noticed that women in quebec are a lot into lumberjack sports like crossfit, they like to have muscular bodies, to me that's not what a woman is about.

As for region with the hottest women, i'd chose the Saguenay/ Lac Saint-Jean area.
The two are different. In Saguenay, clothing is very important, just like in Beauce. Women often look snobish however. Lac Saint-Jean has kept some of the hippyish style of the seventies, more natural, especially in Alma and all the eastern part of the lake. I'd go for my own city, Québec, for a greater variety.
Yes, Montreal has some of the most beautiful ladies around and to take 8th place isn't so bad, considering how big this place we live in called earth, but i am surprised that the women of Iceland were not included, unless my geography fails me, cause they have some very beautiful ladies there. I remember a spread done by playboy some years back on iceland and if playboy says their hot then :thumb:.

I agree that Rio is overrated. My opinion in South America... Caracas definitely. Also Buenos Aires and Cali Colombia. Agree with Cloudsurf on Sidney. In Europe could not keep my head still in Madrid...awesome!

I have been all over South American, Mexico and western Europe and I find beautiful women wherever I go. My rule of thumb is out of every 100 females within a certain age range (lets say under 30) you will find 1-3 hotties (8's to 10's) and another 5-10 cuties (7's). The rest are 6's and below unfortunately. I agree with Hungry that the termas in Rio are overrated. Although the women seem to exude a high degree of sexuality and almost demand and love anal sex, in any given terma lineup you will only find 1 or 2 hotties. And although I did meet an Adriana Lima double in Rio, I think the women of Montreal hold there own against any others.
I think somebody did not do their homework writing this article. They should have divided it into European-background and Latin-background for one. Lots of guys I think prefer one or the other background, but not both (I maybe wrong, but I prefer Euro babes). The writer also completely missed the biggest (population-wise) country in Europe: RUSSIA. In the 1980s-Early 1990s after the fall of communism, all the high-end top quality X-rated flicks coming out of Europe had mostly Russian, Czech and Hungarian hotties (NOT German and NOT French and certainly NOT English). I have not been to these Eastern-Euro countries but growing up with these flicks in Noth America in the 1990s had convinced me that EAST is where I need to go to get laid with hotties. Glad to see Prague is in the list. Most of the women working in the super-liberal FKKs in Germany are women from Eastern Europe...Beauties I can have REAL fun with, not just admire from afar !!. So..over 2 decades of being exposed to Super-sexual hotties in the North American X-rated movies market (American hotties were way below average compared to these East Euro hotties) and now the super-sexual FKK clubs which are mostly populated by Eastern European hotties, I am heading over there...

Also Mile End which is part of Le Plateau Mont Royal was voted coolest place to live in the world.
