As many believe that Trump will be a candidate in 2024, I decided to start this thread.

Also, the 2022 United States elections will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022. During this mid-term election year.

Donald Trump will be speaking at CPAC this coming Sunday, and Axios says that the former President is preparing to solidify his spot at the top of the Republican food chain during his speech. Trump will supposedly be declaring himself the Party's presumptive nominee for 2024, and that is exactly what the Republican Party deserves.
It's not about money. As a narcissist, he needs to bask in his base's adulation. That's why he loves rallies so much.

I hoped the orange creep would've just left for Maralargo & kept his idiotic mouth shut.

Anyone still drinking Trump's koolaide needs a mental hospital immediately.

To impeach him would have saved so many possible problems.

One day the Republican party will bite its fingers

Yes, the Trump bashing will continue on a variety of threads, never ending. Do we really need this?
Sene needs multiple threads so he can post every single video, article and updates from the well respected news agencies like CNN and MSDNC. We get it, you dislike Trump. I was thinking we should just have one thread so we can funnel all of that trash to one location instead of having it pop up every friggen place we click on.

Talk about overkill, this is ridiculous.

Ugh.
Can we at least not worry about this until after the 2022 midterms?

Look behind you.
^^^^^^ Heard that Trump plans to.

EDIT: For US presidents is it they can not run for more than two terms in a row or in total? If in total he will not be able to run in 2028

Republican Mitt Romney said Donald Trump likely would win the GOP presidential nomination if he decided to run again in 2024.

The Utah senator, the only Republican who voted to convict Trump in both of his impeachment trials, said he expects the former president will continue to play a big role in the Republican Party even though he was voted out of office.

“He has by far the largest voice and a big impact in my party,” Romney said at a New York Times DealBook virtual event on Tuesday. “I don’t know if he’s planning to run in 2024 or not, but if he does, I’m pretty sure he would win the nomination.”

Cheney was one of 10 House Republicans who voted to impeach Trump following that Jan. 6 assault, which left five people dead.

Asked whether he would campaign against Trump if he were to run, Romney, the 2012 Republican presidential nominee, responded: “I would not be voting for him.”

They can serve 2 terms total.
So he can win once more and serve. That's it. (Unless he gets an amendment passed or just decides to violate the constitution some more and dare people to stop him.)

Will the dumbocrats have someone running in the 2024 election or are we only supposed to discuss Trump for the next 4 years like in most of the other threads. I don't think the master plan is to have Trump reelected anyway. I think what's really going to happen is that Trump will work on filling the congress and senate with more republicans. While he is stealing seats in congress and the senate everyone on the left won't even see it coming. All because they are worried about him running for president.

Do you think they will really win house? The MAGAstani party that is. I’m even skeptical about the senate? Would luv to see a breakdown of which democrat seats are in jeopardy in the senate? If it’s a crazy MAGAstani running, well, maybe a house seat in a deep red state where there’s already a republican holding the seat, the crazy MAGAstani May win if it’s a house seat. However, we have all seen what the “stop the steal” in red states in Georgia resulted in? Lost both senate seats Trumpy did. He most absolutely did. He will probably continue pedaling that bullshit in his CPAC convention along with the “Workshops” on how to rob black and brown people of their votes, lol.

Apparently one of the MAGASTANI’s who lost in KY (Purdue) is set to run against warnock or however you spell the gents name in 2022.

Don’t forget Arizona. Jeff flake and McCain had it Red for a long, long time. Flake retired, seat was won by dem. McCain died, his seat was given to the Republican who lost the senate seat to whoever won the election for the vacated flake seat. This lady ran again on her own right against mark kelly a dem and lost again. Now Arizona has two dem senators if I’m not mistaken. Or I can be like Dum Dum jr and confused as to Texas having a democratic governor?

The Republicans need to purge themselves of MAGAstanis.

Once Oprah gives him the Stone Cold Stunner I don't think so.
There is a chance the public will be tired of business as usual politics in 2024 and fall in love with a showy but unprepared celebrity tossing great one-liners (“Can you smell what the Rock is cookin? An accelerated deduction of capital expenses”).

Can’t remember something like that ever happening but there is always a first...
