IMHO, it all depends of your generation.
With the summer almost there, it's pretty common to admire young gal on the street, chilling around a coffee spot or a bar showing off their beautifull asset wearing white tank top. If I would be the same young man next to her, personally I wouldn't mind and would go out socialising in public with her.
I might not have introduced her in the same fashion to my mom and dad..
Today, as I am older it could work but if the lady wears someting like that..
At the end of the day, the woman is free to wear what she feels confortable and confident..
In California and European beaches the no back bikini bottoms are common these days. Even In southern California streets the young girls are wearing shorts the show half the ass cheeks.
