Canada is not becoming the 51st State, According to Justin Trudeau. But should he decide, or should there be a referendum?

Canada now is ruined due to Trudeau, it will take decades to get back to pre 2019 even. If there was a referendum it should be clear that Canada will not be one state as east to west is a different ballgame, perhaps 4 states. East coasters, Quebec, Ontario & Manitoba and Sask, Alberta & BC. I would vote for it just because it would assist the younger people, as for now it will suck for the majority of them. The resources will belong to the states, current debt divided among states using percapita. I would move to Texas on an acrage west of Houston with a few dogs and be content . The PM should not make the call on their own.
