Maybe economically it makes a difference otherwise no President is going to jeopardize the safety of Canada as it borders the US and would be a direct threat to them.

Biden was just the front face to an active team behind him that actually accomplished things. They drew a post-COVID plan, drove it to the best recovery of all nations in the world.
