I get that many are from there originally (and other countries), but wouldn't the message be even more powerful if they were waving the US flag instead ? One thing I don't get is why are they waving Mexican flags? I get that many are from there originally (and other countries), but wouldn't the message be even more powerful if they were waving the US flag instead ? I saw a Gaza flag in one news video today. Sometimes "activists" just don't care what cause it is, they go and jump on the band wagon because thats their sole identity. Its the same for peoples like Greta Thunberg. If at first i agreed with her climate cause (i am myself very supporting of climat awareness but would never pull stunts that would bother population, its not in my believes) now she just jumped on another "cause" to keep being relevant cause ultimately thats all she is, an attention seeker.

So yes there is surely some genuine peoples that manifest there against Trump's policies. And even myself i think ICE and Trump are going too far, despite originally being somebody that want a more strick immigration policy. But then you gonna have anarchist that will jump in cause all they want is chaos and then more peoples that couldn't care less what the cause is and just jump in from their own or to quote somebody i saw recently (think it was Ben Shapiro), they consider it the "one cause" like every cause is a cause for them and they must support everything. Like a hive mind mentality ...

Even as a Centrist, I strogly believe it very very strict immigration policies. You can do both, help others, and also make sure every single assylum is vetted before given access to our infrastructure. But that due process is kinda key.

Considering an elected french woman (not sure of the exact word but basically equivalent of congresswoman) was also on board no...no chance at all.

Yes some of them on it were there to gather attention and if it had been solely "nobodies" the risks would had been bigger, this i agree.
