Tonight about 5:30, I left my home and hopped the Metro, which successfully conveyed my person from my home in the Plateau to my dinner engagement with a friend in NDG. However, it was readily apparent that all the STM wanted was my money.
I then had dinner with a friend, the Polpetti was just fine and the linguini was perfectly al dente; the meal overall was quite enjoyable. However, as we finished I was left with the sinking feeling that all the resto wanted was my money.
After dinner, we stopped in Chapters where I wanted to pick up a copy of Doris Kearns Goodwin's Team of Rivals, which they thankfully had in stock. However, as I approached the cash, it became painfully obvious that all they wanted was my money.
So I headed home, called my favorite agency who delivered my favorite girl to my doorstep, whereupon she and I made sweet, sweet music for the next two hours. At the conclusion, after we'd showered and dress, it struck me like a bolt out of the blue, that all she wanted was my money.

@AceofSpades- This does not sound like Vicky at all. Are you sure you did not get involved into some kind of scam using Vicky as 'carte blanche'? Just asking because this is as surreal as it gets. I remember when she was working, sometimes I'd ask for more and more hours with her and she would encourage me to cool down, not spend way more than what it takes. And now reading this sounds off to me. Of course, ppl can change, but this is a case I'd investiguate deeper and deeper before giving my 2 cents. I lean towards Sapman's initial impression: ID theft. This is also why we really need to be sure of what we write before coming here. Also, I am curious: why would you do a deposit when you already knew (you met her before) that it is not her mop?

About this case I don't know if it can be considered as unsubstanciated allegations. I suppose the mods could ask proof of the e-mails and paypal transaction. If something like that happened to me, I would certainly post it on merb. I would not realy know what to do in terms of research.
If it's realy identity theft, it's important that the woman would be notified somehow, especially if she may want to come back someday into the business.

I never used pay pal, but the way I understand how it works, in that case he was just sending money to someone, not buying something online. From the point of view of Paypal it's the sender's responsibility to know who they are sending it to. Unless the real Vicky came and said her e-mail was hacked, then probably they could make an investigation to find the culprits or at least notify the police.
I'm willing to give her the benefit of the doubt, as many people here seem to want to do, but........

Whatever the truth behind this situation may be, chances are that it will not be discovered in this thread. A number of members have offered possible courses of action to be taken and it is up to the person involved to choose what, if anything, he will do from this point forward.
From what I can tell after reading the thread, little more remains to be said. We will give members to the end of the afternoon to make any further comments and then this thread will be closed. If anyone has any pertinent information to add or if the thread starter wishes to add further information after closure, contact a moderator and we will re-open the thread for posting.

I find it ironic that those who seem so emotionally negative about escorts all the time seem to be the same ones who ridicule emotional attachment. Then again, I've never understood why any clients involved in this hobby can denigrate the women that the serve them. Jumping into this hobby puts us all on the same basic level, and from some of the attitudes I would also say many clients have as much character baggage as they see in the ladies. After several years I've never seen any evidence that the clients are any better or worse than the escorts, and the emotional manipulation has been in both directions equally.
We say this thread is about Vicky Vix, but no one knows anything firm so the posts show it's really about us and our reactions to the report. Some here don't look any better than what they complain about in the ladies.
