Thanks guys, what I am really looking for is:

what services people have phone/tv/internet/LD, and howmuch they pay for it and with whom.

I can't imagine how this will help since everything is customized, but ...

Internet: $80 (20 Mb 'extreme')
Telephone $33 (5 calling services)
LD $10 (1000 US/Canada)
TV $52 (HD, 30 channels + HBO Canada)

I suggest you use www.canadianisp.ca to find various providers in town, and then call around and comparison shop. Remember, they all offer first-month sign-up discounts, current specials, and discounts for multiple services, year-long contracts and so on, so you need to do the math, figuring out total yearly costs.

You had better know how much you download on the net and how much LD you use as well before you start.

Since for me price is no object I went with top services at the best provider, IMO.

Telephone : 23$ or so, basic line, i don't need more anyway
TV : 40$ or so now, they keep on changing price all the time, worst is that i dosen't watch it anyway, and im stuck into a damn contract...
Internet : 50$ , not the fastest connection ever, but fast enought and unlimited download

If i could remove the TV, damn i would do it, and when i tough that was not supose to cost me more than 30$ per month that he said on the phone...yeah right... worst is that curently i don't even have the good channels, i put the minimum....
