videotron blocking spdir?

videotron blocking webs?

When I click the link up at the top to webs (or paste it in the url) I get a text site back with my ISP/IP address. When I go through a proxy, it works fine. Whats up with that?

Do you have any problems accessing Merb ? You would have to e-mail me the ip go to www.whatismyip.org
and we will take a look.
