Does anyone know where I can get a visa power pack refill card in the downtown or Ndg area?

The only one place I found one was Esso on St-Laurent / Sherbrooke and do make sure its the refill and not the card they are selling u as there is no refund

I tried the list of locations on their site, the only place listed didn't even sell them. Thanks though!
