In a number of threads I've read recently, the poster has complained about a website being confusing, difficult to navigate etc. Maybe the Merb community might give some pointers about what a good website would look like, include? Personally I like to see what specialities are available and to be able search for them. Also, having found the SP I'm interested in, can we have some indication of what shift she works so we can come back and book. ANd for establishments with different themed rooms, some way of booking a particular one. Just getting started...

An active directory of available SP and some searchable specificities sounds fair.
However I'm skeptical about availabilities as it will force the SP to use keep that system up to date (on top of maintaining multiple platforms). Or if it's an agency I'm not sure they would want to duplicate their entries in another system as well.
