I love it. I'm trying to disconnect as much as I can. Well, I am using Internet for business purposes but I am not on Facebook anymore, I don't have instagram or any other social media. I don't have notifications on my phone and it's always on silent mode. And it makes me realize how everyone else is obsessed with their phone, while I feel better without.

Very similar for me.
Not always easy, this little thing (phone) can he quite addictive sometimes.
I try to put aside as much as possible, as my work requires me to be connected pretty much all the time when "on the clock".
The second I opened my eyes this morning when I woke up, I was thankful to be alive.
I was thankful for my day off and that I will see my favorite.
I was thankful to everything I got in a sometimes frightening world
I kind of understood at that moment the passage from singularity to big bang.
You are part of the universe as you are an universe
You can’t control your destiny but still…you have control of it.
The singularity is to appreciate all your universe
The Big Bang is what you will give to it. Wish it be love.

Grateful for an afternoon free of meetings/calls. After a late one last night I got to have a sweet midday nap, dog curled btw legs. So great!
I am grateful and would like to thank my peers for all offering a different experience. If we were all offering the same thing and all had the same personality, life would be so boring
I am also grateful to be mature enough to not care about what other people are offering or not
Last but not least, as usual very grateful for being healthy and living in a country in which I can get walk on the streets without fear of never going back home
I dislike corporations in general but I love almost everything Suntory makes. I'd have type-12 diabetes if anywhere near me sold Boss Coffee products.
Today I am grateful for unions, collective action, and the sacrifice those have made before me to enshrine the basic framework of the working week and working conditions in this country, even as they are being whittled away again.
Can find find Suntory products in Asian supermarket. Back then in Hong Kong it was easier to find.
I'm grateful for the neighborhood cat that runs up to me for pets when they see me.
A little bit of $$, a little bit of available time in town this week
