I'm grateful that I live on the 2nd floor when the floods start hitting!
Today, I turn 64.
I am grateful to be alive.
I am grateful for my health.
I am grateful for my job.
I am grateful for the roof over my head (high and dry).
I am grateful for the food on my table.
I am so grateful for the SPs that spoil me by offering me the privilege of sharing their time and experiencing their awesome gifts / talents.

-The heatwave has been over for a while
-I'm redecorating my apartment
-I've had good conversations in the evenings with friends
-I had positive experiences with clients every day for the past few days
-I'm maintaining my goals when it comes to alcohol consumption, exercise and diet
-I'm usually really hard on myself but I've been able to give myself grace lately
-I've said it before, but my cat
-I had a really good massage today and felt really soothed after
-There are a few movies I want to see at the theater right now

I’m grateful for this fantastic summer vacation I had. Friends, beach, SOTB, sun, volleyball,gym,cycling, swimming 3 times a day, camper, SIC (sex in camper), water park. I got no water sports but it’s alright. It’s less messie in camper. Ha!Ha!
I also worked in my backyard to make it a small paradise.
Scheduled 2 road trips with my old friend to end the summer with my camper.

I am grateful for my good health and being in shape at my age.
Plus I am eternally grateful to the three awesome young ladies today, who during my first trio FFFM for my birthday, made me feel like this...

-living in a country where i don't risk getting bombed or murdered otherwise all the time
-having access to food and fresh water
-good physical health

-remembering my dreams again even if they are sad

-feeling like i make a difference in my client's lives
