What are you grateful for today?

I am grateful that my car still running. Yesterday night I went to Place des Arts from south shore. On René Levesque, between Berri and St-Laurent, my suspension had very hard time. Then, I turned right on St-Lurent, ouffff.. pot hole and road surface deformation made the ride very hard for may back. On the return, intersection St-Urbain and René Levesque, again lot of pot hole and road surface deformation and still like this up to Papineau street. I will avoid to go in the city with my car.

I was right around there with someone riding my ass and getting visibly upset that I wasn't right up on the guy in front of me until he passed me and his BMW immediately got smoked by a pothole that he couldn't see because he was riding the guy in front of him. Instantaneous karma AND a validation of smart driving in Pothole City.

Have you seen one? I used to go bird watching with my grandpa. We had a collection of photos we took of different birds and we identified them. this was so cool. I'm grateful I had someone like this in my life.

The birds are on all the front yards! Looking for worms lol

I was very poor as a child and grew up in a family with a lot of abuse and alcoholism, I did so many stupid things as a kid but I'm alive and i have a good job and do what I love. I'm extremely lucky to be healthy and I'm grateful to have met all of my friends and lovers. A few have died, and I wish they were here with me today.

Last time I wanted to go to the dog park, I got there and remembered it rained the day before. The park was full of wet soil and gross. We had to turn around. I felt so bad, my dog was crying. Poor baby. Ill be taking him this week!

Today, I'm grateful for not having any work so I can just read all afternoon, maybe even outside.

Luckily the worst I had was just some muddy puddles where he tried to drink some dark water ... He had more fun seeing me running after him for not drinking it though lol
