I never did ask for free service (...) and as far as I know, I did pay you in full, so there was nothing free there but ending abruptly the session the way you did (after 60 min and 0 sec.) was rather unpleasant and I see no bullshit when saying that this was the strictest clockwatching that I have ever seen. And again, I would have just moved on and not said anything if you had not posted what you did.

A diplomatic way to handle the situation was to tell him 5-10 minutes before the end of the session the show was coming to an end. To let a guy down high and dry is not good for him or you. To tell a substantial portion of your clients and potential clients that they might be left high and dry is disastrous.
Maybe to diplomatically remedy the situation for yourself you may want to do a special event at a special price. You know, something along the lines of a Loblaw bread card to compensate for past inequity.
