I can remember when XXXtase started. Was about 2004 or so. At that time was run by a young French Canadian guy named Martin. I met him a number of times because he also owned a restaurant. I actually played ping pong with him in the basement of his restaurant where he had a table set up. He was very good basement type ping pong player and beat me. I do not know if he is still running that agency. He was an ambitious guy involved in other businesses. Easy to talk to and after he started the agency his English rapidly improved as I recall. It was noticeable.
In terms of the legendary bait and switch agency Sweet Montreal they were in business for a very long time and looks like they were in business in 2020. They have been around longer than XXXtase (since 2003 or before) but quite legendary for being bait and switch (see bait and switch sticky thread). [...] I would not recommend calling them [...]

I just checked and Nadyas as still around, a site showing girls working. Just my opinion but a horribly run business, showing girls that are not even working there and if you did not fuck Carrol the booker you were not sent out to work, Nadya herself was a real ass.
Judging by their weird website and lack of reviews here I had a feeling something was off.
Nadya’s used to be one of the most reputable agencies in Montreal. A couple years ago they sent a homely looking girl to my room after I booked a late night appointment. No photos but booker assured me she was beautiful. Complete waste of time and money that soured my weekend Montreal trip!!!
It was an impulsive booking to begin with after a night out, and anytime you book a 2a appt with a new girl who has no photos you’re going to get burned more often than not. It was one of those “WTH, I’ll take a chance” moments on walk back from Hurley’s. I had a good appointment earlier in day through Euphoria so weekend wasn’t total disaster
. Asservissante however pleasantly surprised me one time very late with a cute girl who had no photos.
Independent Network/Montreal Girlfriend now going by Your French Lady. This agency went through many renditions and names throughout the years. I think they started around 2001/2002 or maybe even earlier. A few years before I entered the hobby or even known Montreal as a hobbying destination. I remember Lola/Lolita used to worked there and then she left and started The Courtesans.
MG did exist since around 2002 or earlier. I-N was an offshoot of that agency as I recall which developed in 2004 and was around for a few years. I did not even realize they are still around. They hosted two Halloween parties, one in 2003 which I did not go to, and one in 2009 which I did go to, in which the girls who were working wore glowing bracelets which was kind of cool. That party was held in a private condo downtown. If I recall correctly Cloudsurf gave me a ride to that party from the Delta Centre Ville, which no longer exists.

I don’t think Alexandra runs it anymore though. They mainly do incall tours now in various Canadian cities. No more U.S. tours since the My French Connection bust. They are active in Montreal but they have to know you before anything will set up locally. Just interesting their prices have not changed much.

Beav, Alexandra was the "owner". Her silent partners from a Haitian gang really ran the agency and were quite abusive to the girls including Alexandra who was quite a tough chick herself.

I used Aleeva and Friends many times, but not in the last 10 years or so. They were an HDH agency which was a new home for some ex LDL agency escorts who "moved up the ranks", so to speak. I haven't heard of them being in business for many years. I see a date of 2011 on the post you linked to, and doesn't look like it's been updated since then. I had thought Aleeva left the business right around then.
She wasn't really an owner so much as a face of the agency. As you said others ran things behind the scenes. I-N was run by a guy by the name of Nick. I had many conversations with that Nick. He was a character. Nick had an assistant named Maxine. I don't know if Maxine was Alexandra but I don't think so.
Doc Holliday once played a joke on me calling and pretending to be Nick. Initially he had me fooled because he knew Nick's voice and did an excellent Nick impersonation. At some point during the prank Doc pushed the envelope on absurdity and gave away the prank. I was pissed but had to laugh. As I recall I had told Doc I was meeting an I-N girl that night and his prank involved pretending to be "Nick" delaying or postponing the date for assorted preposterous reasons.

During my tenure in Montreal which was 2002 to present I would say the longest running agencies that were actually busy and consistently reviewed and thought to be at least solid (as opposed to those Kings of Bait and Switch known as Sweet Montreal) were XXXtase and Asservissante. I thought XXXTase reached it peak in the early days of its tenure when the ambitious Martin was running it, from 2004 to 2011 or so. There was also a Martin who ran Asservissante, a more low key guy who ran a low key but solid operation for a long time. Those would be the two. The BEST agency from 2002-2021 would not be one of those 2. I would say it was Eleganza in the 2000-2010 decade and Euphoria or XO in the 2010-2020 decade. At different times Devilish, Girls on Fire, MG, I-N, French Kiss Society and Allissa Montreal had very successful, briefer runs. The worst agency of MERB mainstream advertisers and perhaps the shortest running agency of all time was Emotion Montreal. That was kind of a trainwreck of an agency that flamed out very quickly.
