I now believe that we’re referring to two entirely different Emelys. The one i was referring to was the first Emely who had been with the agency pretty much since day 1. You’re correct. She did move to the States to be some type of nanny for that guy’s kids. I always figured there was also a relationship involved but maybe not. The last time i saw her she asked me to have lunch with her on the following day. I told her that i was flying out the next day. She then offered breakfast in Old Mtl. But i was flying out early in the morning. So i took a rain cheque and we had planned to meet for lunch or dinner when i’d be back in a few weeks. The reason for her asking to meet up socially was that she had a lot of personal stuff going on at the time & needed my advice about some things. Well she never returned my emails and was retired by the time i got back. I later heard from a reliable source about her abrupt move to the States to live with that client & his kids.

Yes. The ones with Emely were taken in his basement rec room, if i recall. John loved playing photographer & I couldn’t blame him. I once met one of his girls who also happened to be a professional photographer. She told me that she had offered him to take pictures for him & he had refused, preferring to act as the agency’s lone photographer, even if he was an amateur. She was surprised at being turned down considering that she was a professional & he wasn’t. One place well website where to find and recruit girls is Model Mayhem. From what I know and told I-N/MGF now Your French Lady frequents that site to fill their roster. Don't know about now though as the last time I use them was in 2011. With Eleganza many times the girls would go to John himself or get introduced by the girls already working there. When I was using that agency the girls spoke very highly of John. Well that was from 2007 to 2008 for me.

From 2001/2002 to around 2010 the Montreal hobby scene is pretty top notch. Still is today but not as memorable as back then. This is before all that social media crap that permeated and polluted male/female dynamics. Also not to forget from 2001 to around 2005 the USD/CAD exchange rate was AWESOME along with the "cheap" prices. The HDH market was running in full swing. Back then a 4 hour dinner engagement was $700 to $800 CAD so that came out to $500 USD on average.

I agree. The hobby has never really recovered since Eleganza left the scene. Same thing with Xxxtase since Martin left the agency. Asservissante was also a heck of a great agency at one time although Martin sometimes had a tendency to oversell some of his more ordinary girls. But both Martins were fantastic to deal with. I also met some gems at Dangerous Curves/Devilish/Girls on Fire when ‘Chris’ ran those agencies however the ladies were rarely on time & patience was definitely a virtue when dealing with them. But more often than not the wait was well worth it.
