A topic after my own heart. I live in the states but travel for business often to Europe and South America. I’ve tried to make a stop in Montreal about once a year. I think that the scene you guys have is the best in North America.
For context, my home market starts at 600 USD/hour for 7-8 level girls who are usually been in the game for a number of years and are in their 30’s (or older). Uninspiring to say the least. You can say that I’m a luxury monger as I’m willing to pay that price for GFE from a mid 20’s smoke show (hello Katrina Vianna). Here’s my list of the best venues I’ve been to globally:
1. São Paulo- many venues from inexpensive to luxury. Brazilian girls are also, IMO, the most service oriented of any place I’ve been to. GFE can be assumed. If I had only one week left, I’d spend it at scandallo lounge, a nightclub of 200 m2 with 200 girls to pick from, none of them lower than an 8. The most expensive place in Sampa but worth it. For the more budget minded, clinicas can provide nearly as great an experience for less than 100 USD, in rougher surroundings.
2. Zurich- Club Globe isn’t what it was but is still quite good. A FKK type set up with dozens of beautiful girls. The owners are quite customer satisfaction oriented. I also enjoyed Afrodesia a pick up hooker bar. As with all things in Switzerland it’s pricey
3. Medellin- Again, it’s not what it was and there are reports of anti-sex tourism from the gov’t. But there are hundreds of willing beautiful girls. Some basic Spanish and situational awareness highly recommended.
4. Lima- Wonderful sweet young things available. Not a great club scene but best food in the world
5. Madrid- I had good luck at one of the hooker pick up bars, less so at Vive, the biggest club (hard time to find GFE). Lots of agencies provide good value too.
I will return to all of the above and rate Montreal between just below Zurich in quality and just below the last 3 in total price. I’ve also been to Panama, Cost Rica, Argentina and NW Germany FKK. Happy to say more about those if anyone wants to know. Sorry to be long winded but I really appreciate this board and want to give back a little. Getting GFE for less than 200 USD in a first world setting in a world class city is hard to beat. You guys have it quite good from a global perspective.

In Medellin, not so much. There's plenty of girls that get by in English, particularly in the Poblado area around Parque Lleras. In Lima having Spanish is a big help, but if you're in the Miraflores area you can get by generally. If you're stepping out from there then you want either a guide or a good translator. In Havana there's lots of girls that can navigate the basics in 3-4 languages because they're so dependent on foreign money. Usually European languages and English. They also cooperate with each other to help each other communicate with foreigners. Cultural thing. In the philippines everybody speaks English and perhaps most surprisingly in Malaysia it's actually not difficult to get by in mongering venues at all in English.

For people who are concerned about being able to communicate in English and who have less experience internationally I can recommend going to Costa Rica or Panama, both of which will allow mongers to operate exclusively in English with no issues at all, provided the mongers use the more gringo centric establishments. In CR you can usually get English even a bit off the beaten path. In Panama less so if you go into the sticks, but it's culturally very recognizable for North Americans with many American chains and the use of US dollars and many people in commercial districts speak English. The Cangrejo area where some of the most gringo friendly places are is in the financial area, and English is pretty easily found.

If you're a French speaker it's a different proposition entirely. Very few speak French and I usually just speak French to people I'm looking to get rid of because if they feel they can't communicate with you then it's a waste of time for them to hit you up for cash and they go away quickly. lol

From what I've been reading, the scene in Medellin changed a lot and became oversaturated (more than it was before) with a ton of passport bros. The local government has made Parque Lleras less of a "tolerance zone" and clients have reported police bothering them for talking to a girl too long. Girls in Parqe Lleras also are reported to either be drastically inflating their price and/or being more likely to scam (or worse) clients.
Per WikiSG and InternationalSG, they recommend Plaza Botero and El Centro where you can have closer to local prices. They also said it was more dangerous.

Basically I'm wondering if in light of this info, can you confirm Parqe Lleras is still a good spot in 2026 or has it been awhile since you were there?

Even if I don't "monger" there, I at least want to see Parqe Lleas....the girls walking around there are so much hotter than anyplace I've seen and there's so many of them lol.

Also many sub-$100 direct flights to Maachu Piichu which I've always wanted to see as well.

Parque Lleras would be fine, because most of your girl contact would be online, typically. Actually, I'd recommend you use Facebook. There's a pretty deep network of people on Facebook and they're very easy to source. You can also link up with some expats through those groups who can offer you some friendship and guidance if you so desire. There's a large American expat community there. I can guide you on how to do it. Generally it just resolves around finding a local interest group, something like "nightlife on Medellin" or "Girls of Medellin" or Medellin Expats" or whatever. These aren't necessarily actual titles, but just a guideline. When you find groups that are predominantly men then you're in the right place. Just pick the ones that have open/visible friend groups and if they're entirely composed of women then you're off. Within a couple of days you can have a sizeable contact base. I probably have about 300 contacts in Medellin alone that I whittled down from almost 1000. Once you start collecting contacts you soon come to the realization that you will never have either the time or the desire to reach out to all of them and you can start filtering. If you want a quick fix then mileroticos will work fine.

Also many sub-$100 direct flights to Maachu Piichu which I've always wanted to see as well.

If you're going to go to Cusco go for Macchu Picchu and not for the mongering. Truth be told Cusco is a lovely city but the interesting parts don't cover a large area and you can se everything you want to see there in a couple of days. Be aware that you need at least one complete day to see Macchu Picchu and that you will leave at about 6am and return at about 7pm. Also be aware that you should have a least a day to acclimatize to the elevation before you go, as you'll be at about 12000 feet. You may shrug this off, but headaches are super common and your energy levels can drop noticeably. I mention this because if your intention is to go there and start banging girls with abandon then you may want to rethink the strategy. lol. People recommend you take it easy there unless you're there for more than a few days. I found that the sweet spot for me in Cusco is to go and hit the various massage places that are littered around and short distance from Plaza de Las Armas. They're very cheap and a massage and an HE or a nice BJ is just the ticket after you're carted you sea level ass at andean heights for a while. Many of them are just spaces with massage areas separated by sheets for privacy, so not always soundproof, but the girls are always very nice. many of them are also available off hours if you're so inclined. There isn't a ground zero bar that I'm aware of, and to be honest I haven't really tried to pursue it too hard there. For pure mongering Lima is the place to be.

You don't need the coca leaves, they give you coca candies instead and yes, they help.
