I think it's because of the social stigma associated to it.

For me it's I think the stories that might be behind each of them if any.
It would have make senses 60 years ago but now, in 2025, in Canada, there is no more social stigma about it no? Nurses, teachers etc have visibles tattoos. Everybody have tattoos lol.

Do you mean that you dont mind tatts because of what it can be representing/be meaningful for the person or that you dont like them because of the signification? Sorry haha Im confuse (my fault)

I think in Canada the social stigma might be less present. But for other countries or just cultures it is still. And even though you're in Canada, it's multi cultural and ethnic so points of view are also spread as much.

For me the tattoos can be there for various reasons but I think main reasons are: no specific reason - it's just artistic, it's something beautiful you want to have on your body or a specific reason you want to mark some of your life events to remember them. The former is fine and the latter you might not want to remember for/with her lol

Hello:) joining the tread a bit late but Im curious as why some of u dont like tattoos at all?
Well as you know we met and i like you. Yours (when we met, no idea if you got more since) were fine by me.

But when it comes to tatoos IN GENERAL these days i feel peoples exagerate. They use their bodies like canvas and its not anymore 2/3 tasteful tatoos.

Heck i LOOOOVE a tatoo like Krystal Steal had. Peoples call it a "tramp stamp". No idea what it mean. Lol. But i love it. Gave her already perfect butt a signature.

Now sure ultimately "your body your choice" and i will always prone/respect that on a LEGAL stand point.

That said if one person go overboard on the ink its also my right to not be fond of it.

9/10 of times when i look on a heavily inked girl i visualize her without it and think she would be more attractive without. Its how i feel. Many feel the same. Does not mean i won't book someone with ink either.

Then you have the "worst cases" aka face tattoos and overexageration to a point im not even attrackted to the person anymore. Not "often" but there is more of them than i wished.

Hello:) joining the tread a bit late but Im curious as why some of u dont like tattoos at all? Even if they are well done and the face and body or the SP is amazing? Anyway haha I was just wondering :p

Coming from a 5 feet,105 pounds, long blond hair, blue eyes, natural 34C and natural big butt tattooed women :p
I’ve often wondered the same. I feel that the majority of clients who won’t see a SP with tattoos are also the clients who won’t see a SP if they are older than 25.
I’ll let you connect those dots.
Just my assumptions. I may be very wrong.

For me tattoos are hot, show you are an outgoing person, appreciate either a few or a lot.

Now maybe its me only but at every points in my life i wanted a tattoo im happy i didn't got it

Here's a few exemple

1) as a kid i wanted Subzero's eye scar in Mortal Kombat

2) then i wanted the dragon logo MK on me

3) then they updated Subzero's scar to give it a blue-ish/icy look and i wanted it even more (at that point i was over 18 gosh im happy i was a small town kid and still tought of tattoo places as biker's hangout)

4) I was a huge Bloodrayne fan and wanted the logo of the Brimstone society (organization main character worked for)

5) Then it was Supernatural anti possession sigil

6) Punisher logo...

6) Stark emblem in GOT

OK at the end i skipped a few but you got the idea. Everytimes it was a cool logo/emblem/crest that meant something to me.

Now im 40 and i still love every single of these things. Yet... I would find it so silly to have it on my skin.

No
..

Tattoo should be SUPER MEANINGFUL. Your marine's unit for instance, your kids names/date of birth, stuff you know will ALWAYS be uber special to you.

Lets take the Cobra Kai logo. In the context of the show it mean a lot. Kreese having it etc.

But me as a fan having it? Its silly. I can just buy a shirt and wear that.

How ridiculous i would look if i had all these logis from medias i love tattoed on me ...lol.

No really the only way i would see myself getting tattooed is if one day im part of some real life clan/unit/organization and im sporting these colors "4 life".

Tattoos should mean stuff. Getting Super Mario's face tattooed on you in my opinion is silly even if i grew up with Mario and respect/love the character.

Haha yeah nope. That said im very eager to see this movie. The first one was "hit and misses" for me. Some stuff i really liked, others i disliked a lot. Now that they bringing Cage, especially as its Karl Urban, im REALLY curious.

One tatoo i think i could have is something like a "life quote" in japanese letters or something. Something that i will adhere all my life to. But again its not really important for me.

I think peoples these days get tatoos "on the spot" because at that moment they like it. Then sometimes they eventually regret it and altough having tatoo removal is possible, its not a simple process and usually you can still see some left overs, wich more often than not, the person will have another tatoo replace it...

Thats why i always think of it as a shirt personally. If i enjoy something i really like, i buy a shirt of it. Its less permanent :p

And i have just about the best exemple ... There was a phase in my life where i was heavily on soviet/red army mentality. I was playing a lot of COD and i liked those stories and all. I was wearing CCCP shirts and all. Lets just say nowadays i don't wear them anymore and i would regret heavily having that tatooed on me. After the invasion of Ukraine and realizing how bad Russia is... oh boy. Still a shame that i have some good pics where these logos like one with my (then) favorite wrestler AJ Styles. I know photoshop can help me with that tough...
