I like pet aswell but for hygiene & also allergies.. and I don't like when the dog is crying or watching at me
Its just some escorts can't rent a dedicated incall and receive in their home so they can't do otherwise if they really like pets and want to have them. But i agree its better for lots if reasons if their none.

A clean and safe location is essential to me.
Doesn't need to be spotless, but its nice if there aren't piles of clothes, food lying around or obivous traces of a previous encounter.
Luxurious level however doesn't do that much for me. I don't want to feel like I'm paying more for decor than for the service.

As everyone has said a clean and organized place without pets and its good if it's close to a metro station.
As far as location is concerned, I’m hearing a lot of downtown, near a metro and South Shore. Have you folks ever heard of the West Island?

Great that they extended the 30 this way you don’t need to go through Montreal and the West Island to go to TO or Ottawa.
I don't usually like incall because it's always dirty and the sheets and pillow are a shambles. The garbage cans are overflowing with condoms, the shower is filthy. - easy parking - Yes in the sens that I don't have get to a inner roundabout, call to get the entry code of the parking gate. Street parking is fine and walking is a great way the leave the trafic stress outside. I don't find Montréal's downtown parking difficult compared to Toronto.
- mouthwash : Yes and don't forget the glass or the little paper cups.
- water bottle: For the end: Yes - less trash in you place
++Wine and/or Champagne glasses
Settings:
- intimate: Yes - I like it when there's personality in the place or give the illusion of actual living quarters (Books, small portaits) but this is not a must.
- candles with smell: A nice touch but optional. If it's to cover the smell of chemicals used by the cleaners, than yes.

I love lingerie, I dont like one piece though and I absolutely hate nylons, I cant touch it!

Adding:
- multiple clean towels supplied. Nothing worse than only having one skimpy towel to dry off after shower, the towel is soaked through and you are still wet. One big towel or two smaller towels to dry off, then one dry towel to wrap up and walk around.
- good couch with versitility for different positions. Good roundish comfortable arms perfect for bending over
- soft ottoman can be fun for different positons
-dinning chairs without arms for various chair positions
- high chairs/stools that are higher than regular chair, but not too high for a 5'8 to 6'0 man to stand next to and enter a seated woman
- one good full sized mirror somewhere, but not too many
- lighting adjustable. Dimmer, but not too dim.
