Electricity, heating and a big clean shower stall with tons of hot water....
That would make my day.., and if you are there. Well it's a plus.

I got some good Hydro Quebec serviceman fantasies out of this power outage, watch out ladies, you are about to get shocked.

Easy parking and a nice, clean bathroom, everything else is just a plus

Easy access by public transport, clean shower with working shower head and faucets , confy sofa for préliminaires ... the thing i never saw in an incall up to this day that would be a plus is either sex pillows or sex chair where different positions could be experienced
