1. For me, the most important thing is the actual location and its proximity to a metro station. When I hobby it is to relax and enjoy, therefore, the car is left at home as I do not want to even think about the issues surrounding that, parking, possible tickets, and a slew of other issues. I take the metro to all my incalls.

I know that it limits my contacts but that is the price I am willing to pay for the convenience of arriving without the worry of a car.

2. Being a nonsmoker, I place highly on the list, a smoke-free environment. It should be noted that there should be no other foul smells as well.

Thanks for taking the initiative and asking our opinion about the incalls. Great idea!
What you listed pretty much covers what is important for me for an incall.

Some items are more important for me, like clean incall, mouthwash, clean towel, water bottle, and easy parking. Other items, like design or lighting, are nice to have, but not absolutely necessary for me.

I dont know why I dont feel me at my best.. I prefer lingerie and I invest a lot in my lingerie & shoes but my prefer like dress lingerie under.

With the above statement, the choice for me would be the south shore with a 5-minute walk from the metro. The car still would be at home. For me, the decision is based on the proximity to a public transportation facility, in short, a metro station.

Having said that, the anticipated opening this spring of the REM on the south shore will definitely improve the business of many providers who have chosen to locate on the south shore.

1) Close to a Subway, not complicated to go. This is the most important for me. Obviously if you use the same agencies or see the same indy eventually you will know the route well. But basically a 5 to 10 min walk is preferable. Having to use bus or taxi ain't really fun. Thats why personally i don't go to Laval or such usually (altough i may make an exeption one day). There is few stations and its a long way from downtown.

2) Hot water in the shower that don't take 5 mins to arrive (lol)

3) I may be in the minority and i guess i should just specify it but i prefer to be received by someone fully cloathed. Pants, tank tops, stuff like that with bra and panties under. I like to see the "steps" of the undressing. If someone receive already half naked, its like im getting "cheated" of a fun step lol.

4) The rest is really not a huge issue for me. I mean i want what you would call "a proper incall". A bed (not matress on the floor) but the size is unimportant and a place that is clean and don't reek anything (smoke, pets excrements or else). I don't mind a pet itself. As long as when we start the action in the bedroom the pet is in another room and not noisy. But im not allergic to them and love pets in general. I do understand its not the case for everybody so i would understand clients who prefer without.

Stuff like candles or music i do not care at all. If anything no music please. I likely do not listen to what the usual SP will listen. Obviously its preferable if she has mouthwash. I brush my teeth before leaving for the place but a good mouthwash rinse may never hurt, and its for her convenience anyway so its a good thing to have it cause i won't bring it myself.

Oh and i prefer not too dark as well. I mean im paying good money to meet a beautifull woman, i want to see her fully and well lol.

Overall im not really demanding when it comes to incall. I prefer outcall because its more convenient for me not having to search, use subway, yada yada, but if I HAVE to go to an incall, then outside of the location/accessibility and basic hygiene/cleaness, i don't really mind the rest too much. Im there for 1h, im there to have sex... Im not there for the night or the weekend.

J’ai contacté une SP annonçant sur LL la semaine dernière. La qualité de son texte dans l’annonce et ses photos m’ont séduit. La communication par texto a été facile et honnêtement j’étais surpris par la qualité du français et le coté professionnel de ses réponses. Nous avons convenu d’une rencontre pour le début de la semaine. Jusqu’au lieu du rendez-vous, tout se déroule très bien. Arrivé sur place, j’essaie de me dire que c’est bien la même personne que sur les photos, mais elle est beaucoup plus « curvy » que ce qu’elle annonçait. Surprise no. 2, son appartement est un « total mess », et finalement 1 chien et un chat (le chien en cage). Elle me fait immédiatement passer à la chambre, trop petite pour tout ce qu’il y a dedans. Je ne sais pas pourquoi je suis resté à ce moment. Un psy pourrait m’expliquer pourquoi les red flags ne se sont pas allumés dans mon cerveau.. Sans entrer dans les détails, le service rendu a été à la hauteur de ce qui avait été convenu. Seul point positif de la rencontre. De retour chez moi, j’avais les pantalons pleins de poils de chat et je ne vous parle pas de que que mes bas ont pus ramasser pour les quelques pas fait dans l’appartement. En conclusion, le contenu de la rencontre était au rendez-vous, mais le contenant était horrible. Plus jamais, la prochaine fois je vais poser plus de questions sur la qualité du incall.
