You're right but it isn't always so easily controlled...... I think to be able to have your attitude or control, a person has to go through something serious so that everything else to them is now just a petty annoyance.
Possibly. Twenty years ago, after spending nearly 9 months without being able to walk around much, i had spinal surgery. Up until that point, my days were all spent pretty much in bed & stuck inside my residence. Needless to say, it was depressing & what made it even more depressing was that i didn't know if my condition would ever improve. Did i have any thoughts of ending it all if surgery wasn't successful? Maybe. I wasn't going to spend the rest of my life bedridden & in excruciating pain when not even in my 30's yet. And worse......no sex!!!!!
Well, the surgery was a great success, i was walking on my own the day after the surgery, and i had a brand new outlook on life, where many things bothering me in the past now looked very minuscule. One of the first things my neurosurgeon told me to do once i got back on both feet was to have sex as soon as possible, and as often as possible.
And boy, did i ever take his advice at heart & still do!! :thumb:
