Robin Thicke was sued for ripping off Marvin Gaye with that song. He was pretty much totally discredited in the music industry as being a fraud and plagiarist after that case. He lost in the trial court and the appellate court which means he is a two time loser and lying sack of shit as found by the jury.

Badfinger, Day after day
From Badfinger it's the only song I know.
Beautiful video.
With a great guitar solo by George Harrison.

Besides Baby Blue,
Come and Get It - Used in many TV commercials (written by Paul M.)
and a song that was their most famous song (before breaking Bad) ,

Without You - a#1 song for Hary Nilsson and Mariah Carey

That song by Nilsson was the peak of his musical career, although the highlight and peak of his social life occurred around that time as well with the so called "Hollywood Vampires" drinking club of which he and John Lennon were among the chief members. He and Lennon were very tight and he took hiatus from the music industry to lobby for gun control after Lennon was shot and killed.

Actually should mention one other Nilsson tune that probably got more airplay over the years than "Without You", which would be "Everybody's Talkin", a song whose profile was boosted by appearing in the Academy Award winning film "Midnight Cowboy":

Harry Nilsson was one of the great and unique talents of the rock n roll era. Should be in the Hall of Fame. His first single was a cover of the Beatles song "You Can't Do That" where he mixed in dozens of references to other Beatles songs. His last released single was "#1 With a Bullet", about John. I met him shortly before he died and like the geek that I am, asked him to autograph a number of his albums and #1 with a Bullet. He was very gracious and kind, but he was in pretty bad shape, looking bloated, and his hand was shaking. He even apologized for his poor penmanship. A genuine sweet and incredibly talented man.

Interesting tidbit from the movie. When the producer was looking for a lead song for the movie, Harry wrote " I guess the Lord Must by in NYC". Bob Dylan wrote "Lay Lady Lay". But the producer picked Fred Neil's "Everybody's Talkin' at Me" instead. At least they let Harry sing it.

GaryH thank you, you bring back memories to me, because it was my brother who prepared the music for my 1st wedding, and it was this song which was our first dance.
After lots of Beatles and Rollings Stones.

To tie up the Badfinger discussion. The songwriters for the group, Ham and Evans, both committed suicide by hanging. Ham because he was in financial distress and not receiving proper royalties from a corrupt manager. Evans for not receiving royalties for "Without You". Can't help thinking about this while listening to their songs.
But one last great Badfinger song - "No Matter What":
