Lately I have been listening to Black Sabbath with Ronnie James Dio.

Was listening to Moby while painting and doing a bit of restoration a while back ,,, and now I’ve been listening to similar genre of music in my car , I dig it for the time being , soothing and relaxing . Its good music to drive with the windows down in the summer you feel me

We lost Charlie Daniels this past week, a consummate violinist and leader of the Charlie Daniel Band. They were among the premiere southern rock bands in the late 1970 and early 1980s. This is a tribute to Charlie:

In America is one of the greatest patriotic anthems ever. I wonder if anyone would have the balls to release a song like that today?

Iommi is known as The Riffmaster. Heaven And Hell, Lady Evil, Sabbath Bloody Sabbath and Symptom Of The Universe are just a few examples of how he can shred like no other. The father of heavy metal riffing .

I am a fan of U2.
I remember their show at the Olympic stadium, October 1st 1987. Everyone sang "40" when they left the stadium. What a wonderful show.

I remember taking my 12 yo daughter to Vienna a few years ago on a surprise trip as I landed two unbelievable seats to see this guy. It’s probably one of the best vacations I’ve ever taken as it was a great few days I rarely get to spend with her as just the two of us. When we pulled up to the venue this prim and proper girl who speaks primarily the queens english asked me “is this for F’ing real??”
