If it's Halloween season, you know you are going to hear "Season of the Witch" by Donovan. Also on the soundtrack to many horror flicks. And many cover versions.

I had always thought that Jimmy Page played lead on this, but a quick check on wiki said no.
However it is claimed that Jimmy Page, John Paul Jones, and John Bonham did record together for the first time on "Hurdy Gurdy Man". Donovan believed this led to the formation of Led Zeppelin. I love both of these songs.

Wow I read about this place. The Who, Cream and many top bands played there in the 60s. Were the acoustics good?
The good thing about the old arena was that there wasn't a bad seat in the place. There were 3,000 seats but the seats surrounded the stage and the stage spun around (slowly) 360 degrees. So at times the band was right in front of you and at other times, you were behind the band. So you were always close to the stage. I probably saw 6 shows there and I never had a problem with the acoustics. I expect someone with a greater musical knowledge than me could give a better description of the acoustics. Being an open air arena, I expect that a purist would scoff at this. LOL. I wish I could have seen Led Zeppelin, Cream, or the Who there.

EB- Thanks for the update. The new arena looks great, but I miss the charm of the old outdated arena where It seemed you were right on top of the performers. (Kind of like the way I feel about the old Yankee Stadium compared to the new one,)

The Tea Party, Heaven coming down

I really like this tune, which I would describe as heavy.

The Tea Party are a Canadian rock band from Windsor, Ontario. Formed in the early 1990

Sene,

I take it that you posted that song on Election Day because you no longer care who wins? That's how you feel? Maybe it's an appropriate song because you don't have a vote anyway.

Yes, my campaign is over.
No matter who wins, I live in Canada.
But it's certain that what is going on in the USA interests me.
I have always liked my relationship with Americans.
It's just Trump's attitude that I don't like.
