What time of the day do you prefer seeing SPs?

I gotta ask,
Whenever you see SPs, is there a particular time of the day you prefer seeing SPs?

Is it in the morning? Afternoon? Or in the evening/at night?

or none of it matters, anytime works for you?

Early morning or late evening is my preference. Afternoon is not good for me. I find im sleepy in the afternoons and low energy levels.

Late morning, early afternoon. I enjoy finding somewhere new for lunch afterwards…..

If I'm at work then right after. So around 430 5.
If I'm home then lunchtime.
If I'm heading out for the evening on a weekend then again around 5.

Hormone levels are highest after sleep, so I absolutely prefer mornings, but young women seem to prefer afternoons at the earliest or even late evenings.

I'm missing out on some SPs who mostly work only earlier during the day (especially in MPs), but I just don't feel like 11:30 AM is the right time for me for this kind of meeting.
