I understand they issue licenses to sex workers in Germany, Turkey and other European countries. Even then there are reports that numerous girls work without licenses. I doubt Montreal or Candana will ever issue these licenses.

I'm not aware that human trafficking exist in Montreal so it is far less likely that underage SP would be a problem. But again I certainly don't want to run afoul of any law.

Like anything, buyer beward and if it does not feel right, refuse the girl. And stick to "reputable agencies" like Elaganza, SantinDreaz, MSC, GOF, Devilish, Angels, etc. I've also had so success with WOP and Hale from Asc... (I don't know why I don't see Martin's ad's on Merb for sometime now; is his agency still in business. I certainly want to meet up with Hale again.)

As for me, because of the high expense of flying to Montreal from Phoenix, I generally spend a few days in Montreal and try to meet up with SP's from at least three different age groups: (a) 18 to 21; (b) 25 to 28; and (c) 30 to 34.

They sell bar code scanners for driver's licenses. I suppose all state driver licenses use the same bar code coding, which makes sense. For less than $400, a bar, or an agency owner can buy a scanner and see if it is fake. The fraudsters would not have the technology to develop the bar code. I would think it is only sold to State motor vehicle agencies.

Agencies are usually true to their word in regard to age. If anything, you need to watch out that the girl is under-age. Independents are different. I've had some scary experiences where she goes to put the money in her purse and I catch a glimpse of her AARP membership card.
