Ability to create the illusion of passion...yes, am picky about looks and body type, but ultimately have learned the ladies attitude is just as if not more important.

Funny and fun, spirit of adventure and a someone with good chat, but who knows when silence is golden. . As mentioned above, personality is the make or break as to whether I will return a second time, although skill counts too. Looks are secondary, but I do have a minimum, probably at about a 5. Not too skinny, a little extra is better than not enough. Not a spinner guy generally but I can be persuaded for a fun girl. I'm pretty flexible on looks, and open to most, but I do tend to prefer dark hair over blond and duskier tones, but not exclusive to them.

Well said and you articulate most of my preferences, but I'm not sure I understand "no sessions by the hour." I'm curious.
I've never liked the regimented sessions that are timed by the hour from the time you enter type of thing, which is typical of the hobby culture here. I've gotten used to, and far prefer, the type of sessions I have elsewhere where you pay to have an encounter, and it takes what it takes, short or long. They also don't have acronyms attached. The girl may have things she does or doesn't want to do, you discuss and agree to those, and that's it. No $25 for this, $50 for that, oh look the alarm went off, you have 6 minutes and 45 seconds to shower, thanks, had a lot of fun, bye-bye, see you soon but get out sort of thing. I'm exaggerating a little, but that's how those things feel to me. The girls I see here are not on the clock, within reason, they're GFE, and the price is the price, period.
Thanks for that explanation. I feel the same way about acronyms and extra charges, especially when they're listed on a website, and I'd say the same about different rates for GFE and PSE. I want an SP to just be herself and do her thing. (I don't blame SPs for those lists, as I'm sure they get asked the same questions over and over--the same questions that get asked in the review section.) I don't get to Montreal often enough to know SPs who are not on the clock, but I get around it by booking the end of the evening for 2-3 hours ... and if it's going swimmingly, then I ask to extend the date. (Honestly, at this point in my life 2-3 hours late in the evening is plenty!)
I live in Montreal, so that gives me the leisure to approach things a bit differently, and I suspect I take a route different than most of the guys here. I don't use agencies or advertising indies at all. I find the screening, the strict time frames and the pick your service menus to be offputting. Instead what I do is locate what we might call semi-pros or part timers or what have you, who usually work for a boost or for some extra cash and aren't doing it for a living full time, and develop relationships with them. I have maybe 14-15 girls in Montreal that I can see on this basis. There is no discussion of services at all, and there literally is no clock, again within reason, but we roll with it. We might have chat time time, or movies, games, drinks, sex, food, what have you. It's just like a date, except that there's sex and there's a payment. I'd call it an amateur SD arrangement except I don't see anyone enough (by design) for that really to be accurate. The upside is that it's totally relaxed, no alarms, no shower calls, no "that'll be $40 extra" or any of that stuff, and I get a totally GFE experience. It's also half the price I might pay a working SP or agency and for considerably more time without the hassles of screening and deposits etc. . The downside is that because of the nature of the relationships you can't always count on the girl you want to see being free, or sometimes the expectation might be for you to commit more time than you want to on a particular occasion (like movie night, for example). For occasions like this for a quick stop or a last minute arrangement I go to MPs, where I do exactly the same thing as everybody else does, more or less.
