Whites a minority in Montreal?

I was told by Ellie, a rental agent for La Cite that whites are a minority at La Cite and in Montreal. Is this correct?

Ok, with this definiton of white, I could said they are majority in

What demographics are you looking for ? Most people here in Quebec are descendants of French settlers from France when North America was 1st settled but in the rest of Canada they are the descendants of the English settlers. The rest are mostly European immigrants or their descendants just like the US. Ask whatever questions you want & I'll do my best to answer.
