I assure you that we put a lot of time and effort to make sure each session is personalized according to your desires and liking. It's a very small percentage of the sessions that actually leave marks. And the girls are always fresh, rested and prepared to receive (or visit) you.
I think the confusion with the June selfie is that there wasn't anything describing the post to put it into context with what it was. So then people were left wondering "what is that mark/bruise?" and also whether it was the original posters' intention to highlight that in the image or not. I may be wrong but I think Cloudsurf's comment was kind of made from a pure marketing point of view. And that he was in no way putting a doubt on the kind of, off the beaten path, fantasy you offer.
