Why are massage choices so little these days?

I find that massage places are much less than five years back, is it because the city is making it tough to get and hold on to a permit. What other reasons are limiting the choices for massage?

Covid-19 &lockdown,opend new avenues to them to continue the trade,such as indy!!private so on &so on And mushrooms of CODOS all over montréal even in very unassuming municipalties as pettit patrie ,villery st michel ...accommodate some of those savy ones who woke up to reality of new era!Condo Life +ability to master the use of new media ,advertising,,The Left behids are the Asians &other ethnics to operat in old ways !From mirror,voir to 123,LL,merb,the next change would be ``Uber massage`` or ``Amazon Massge+``

Great question. As a corollary, I'm curious why not only has the quantity decreased but the quality of providers has declined relative to five years ago. It's very noticeable.

Where's the talent going? Five years ago you could easily see solid 8s at multiple MPs. Now you've gotta fight to book them if they're even on the schedule. And their attitude is more along the lines of "I'm better than this" as opposed to "Thanks for helping me out".

Unless the indies are UTR, I'm not so sure. Maybe SB or OF but it's not like God stopped making them.

Exact,still an abundence of mp UTR not savy enough to use new media mostly AMP are out there ,may be a bit lackluster or less sexy ....Any how even if God stops,they won`t.

I guess. Just seems odd that a product as old as time itself would dramatically decline in quality in such a short time. I keep expecting to find another city or UTR MP stacked to the gills with solid +8s only to go, "Heres where they've been hiding". But to date no luck.

With all do respect, I'm not exactly sure what skills are required for this profession. To quote Anthony Hopkins' character from MI2: “To go to bed with a man and lie to him? She's a woman. She's got all the training she needs.”

Been looking at the Ottawa seen since a while and their massage agency seem much more established, great selection of girls with actual twitter accounts so it feels more personal.. IMO
I'm not sure if it's just the marketing that's lacking here

I'm not local so likely won't know the scene as well as some of the locals. But almost all my usual go-to MPs and indies are still around. About 10 of them. Only 2 declined - Intercoupe no longer seems to have good options, and Oh Paris closed (yes, I went there a few times and it was always a decent Plan B). In their place, one of the legends from Intercoupe is now indie, and another new indie Alice is a rising star. Also tried out a new place Xquis and was quite satisfied. Heck I've had so many massage options I haven't been able to get back to an old favorite (VT) for almost a year.

With all do respect, I'm not exactly sure what skills are required for this profession. To quote Anthony Hopkins' character from MI2: “To go to bed with a man and lie to him? She's a woman. She's got all the training she needs.”

You understood what I mean. Shaking dicks all day long may not be number one as a job a young woman thinks of. If she had a choice of employment in front of her, like most young people have these days, she may skip the massage parlor altogether. Hence shortage of staff.
