Why does an escort move to massage?

Over the years I have seen girls who have a substantial following as an escort - either at an agency or an indy or both - who move to working at a massage parlor and then back again. Currently Adriana with love who worked as an indy and at XO is working massage. Kendall at Euphoria (and other agencies) has worked massage in the past. I know there are others that have moved back and forth.

Since I am not native to Montreal and do not patronize massage places when I visit Montreal, I have always been a bit confused about the motivation behind this. I am assuming it has nothing to do with money - the two girls I mentioned had substantial followings and I am sure did well as escorts. Is there something I am missing about the schedule or working conditions that makes massage work a good fit? What are the pros and cons from the girls perspective of both working situations.

I am not asking specifically about Adriana, I am just using her as an example. I know from reading the threads that it is not totally unusual.

I actually talked to a couple girls about this topic. Obviously each girl has different opinions and preferences though with money, environment, etc. Some key points for these specific girls were:

- They don't like having strangers in their own home. Renting a second place wouldn't be beneficial to them
- They are at ease at a parlour. Feel safer (screening, no taking specific clients, etc)
- Convenience of not having to handle bookings or advertising

Basically they accept making less money but they get more convenience.

I believe girls do that want to limit service. They are not down with GFE (DFK, BBBJ) and they do not want to put themselves at risk (outcalls to see strangers or strangers coming to incalls) MPs are a safe place. I am certain some of these girls got their preferred clients they see on the side.

Dumb question, but is this the main difference between SPs and massage parlor girls? Massage girls generally dont offer dfk and bbbj but do everything else? Is it more YMMV?

I guess at some point after a year or 2 girl will switch to least amount of work for the buck.

Some will move indy at very high price seeing much fewer client. Some will move to MP for less demanding work. Many more just leave that line of work completely.

This is a completely normal.

MP do not attract me at all right now but i know some day it might.

I have not done the massage thing for a few years but I found plenty who did the above, the only ones I would visit. May start up again as it was a pleasant experience.
