Surely the money, and the prestige.
Tough call on some couples. To outsiders it looks obvious one should leave but so many women and men stay?...
They say Trump is incredibly funny, smart and nice in person and bill clinton makes you feel charmed and like you are the only one in the room. Not sure that is enough, maybe melania stays for the money and hillary stayed for politics (but it ended up hurting her in the end, funny how social norms change).

My explication:
When a woman is in love, she is usually in a good mood, and I have never seen her smile.
So when the sexual connections make the headlines, I don't think a loving woman is ready to forget everything, forget Trump's affair with Stormy Daniels (by her stage name) - or playmate Karen McDougal.
A reporter squarely asked her the question "do you still love your husband?", Melania Trump answers with the same conciseness: "Yes, it's okay." That's it.
It's a sugar daddy relation, pretty sure she married the cash social status and a green card, not Trump himself even when he wasn't senile
A divorce only after Trump is outta office sounds plausible, there have been questions raised abt how Melania got her US citizenship & Trump is the vengeful type.

Considering she is wife #3 a divorce would not be surprising... but remember they were saying the same about quite a few first ladies (especially Hillary) and then the marital bliss continued.

I dunno, maybe because he is a stinking rich billionaire and one of the most powerful men in the whole world, why else would a hot model marry an out of shape man 23 years her senior, same logic could be applied to SP's and their clients(Cash is KING, so is power).

Ahh, the plot thickens - Apparently, Melania took so long to move into the White House b/c she was using that as leverage to renegotiate her pre-nup agreement w/ Trump.
Melania also managed to get proof in writing from Trump that when it came to financial opportunities and inheritance, Barron would be treated as more of an equal to Trump’s oldest three children.

Her leaving him would depend on the pre nup agreement, if it's peanuts and would significantly change her lifestyle she will stay with him forever(IMO), in regards to being his nurse, the guy is a stinking rich billionaire, he can hire a thousand nurses to take care of him if he wanted to, I think that you are comparing him to the average Joe Blow Mechanic or Pastry Chef, etc.
