You're making a profit with your SP career, are you not?That's a little bit what I was hinting at. But I'm sure some employers are better than others. I don't really know what to think because I don't know this person and I don't know the motives behind owning an agency.
Someone could want to start an agency or own a mp to offer a safer place for sps to work at and have genuinely good intentions.. but it's still for profit so idk if you could say these intentions are "pure"
Would you say your intentions are therefore not pure?
I don't really like the agencies = pimp shortcut. Sure they take a part of the money. But they have to deal with the real estate, the booking, the scheduling. the marketing etc etc. You also get access to a clientele right away by choosing to go with a well established agency.
But then I've also heard some stories about some agency owners (not the ones I'm dealing with) having questionable behaviour.
So basically, it's like life in general. Some good, some bad.
