I know quite a few that only have a HS diploma, then again they are all close to riterememt age.
You are right they have more important things to do, they are all out writing speeding tickets.

And speeding kills, bro.

I know plenty of places in the U.S. where possession of cocaine and ecstasy will get you a lot stiffer punishment than misdemeanors and community service.

Like everywhere in the US except for Vegas.

That's what I meant by pointless. He was harassed on private property in an alleged party town for what amounted to minor charges. For me, this is more of a deterrent to being a guest in such a place compared to a city with tougher laws but with higher tolerance by private citizens for people that are basically minding their own business and not causing any disturbances. I'm guessing hotel management in Vegas have to do what they have to do because of actual crap they deal with but bottom line for me as a potential client is that it's not my problem, I'll go somewhere else, like Montreal, where there generally seems to be a healthy amount of tolerance for all types of things, and I'm guessing this must have a positive influence on the escort industry. I might be so Montreal-biased that I don't notice bad stuff but this is the only place I've been to over and over again that for whatever reasons allow me to maintain the illusion.

One of the reasons Montreal has been good for client and providers is that the LE has never realy cared that much about the sex trade. They go through the motions and get statistics, but thats about it.
