Would you recommend a service provider to read their own encounters?

I understand that the act of leaving reviews about service providers can sometimes lack kindness and empathy. In considering whether a service provider should read their own reviews, it raises the question of how negative feedback can impact their well being and self esteem. It's a delicate matter, as some reviewers may not fully understand the potential consequences of their words on the service provider's emotional state.

In my opinion, based on observing various comments and reviews , I would strongly advise a service provider against reading their own encounters . Unfortunately, there are members who lack the compassion and understanding necessary when sharing their opinions about service providers. It is disheartening that not all reviewers approach their feedback with empathy and consideration for the service provider's feelings.

In an ideal world where all members of the community demonstrate respect and compassion, I would recommend that a service provider engage with reading reviews to gain valuable insights into what clients appreciate and areas for improvement. Constructive feedback, provided with respect, can be beneficial for service providers in understanding a client's preferences and dislikes.

However, the reality is that this forum may not always reflect such an environment where members can provide polite feedback without causing any hurt feelings to the service provider with the necessary level of respect and empathy.

Even accepting feedback that you specifically have requested yourself can be a challenge for most people. Being able to appreciate the comments without overreacting and making your own decision about their validity is something that takes years to master. And this is in a professional environment.

Reading reviews on an escort board must be 100 times tougher. I think only those with a very thick skin, ability to self-reflect and means to filter constructive feedback from all the gibberish should attempt to do so. But I do agree with you, in theory it could be beneficial, if the SP is able to pinpoint the areas of improvement without being negatively impacted by everything around it.

That would be interesting indeed, but would you want a SP to give a full description of yourself in her review? I am not sure I would be comfortable with that.
I honestly can't think of reason why that would not be fair. I mean we judge them and measure that judgement versus the value of the service, how is the reciprocal not allowed. This is not just a one sided transaction in my point of view.

I am talking about the physical appearance. The SPs publish their stats and photos to attract customers. The customers do not.

That aside, I also do not agree with reviews that give a too detailed description of the SP (e.g. tattoos or other markings which make the SP identifiable in public).

I want sps to do reviews on the clients . That would make for interesting read .
I think implementing a system where service providers can rate clients is a great idea , giving members a taste of their own medicine. Afterward, figuring out the enigma behind the 50% unsubscribe members on this forum.

Detailed to the tea. Personally i think its an ego thing rather than be a helpful thing.

Well said. I think implementing this idea could have a positive impact. It might make members/clients think twice before making harsh comments about a service provider's appearance. Interestingly, this change in behavior could be driven by the fear of receiving a negative review and details about their own appearance from the service provider. In turn, this shift could lead to a more positive and respectful interaction for both parties.

The things we have to deal with daily :D Down to the texts. It’s very easy to hide behind a screen and make these types of comments (not liking a girl’s nose or omg she has pre wrinkles :0)
I’d love to see these types of clients deal with this kind of behaviour just for one day and see how they like it hahaha.

Exactly. It is unjustifiable for a client to go to great lengths to provide negative feedback regarding a service provider's physical appearance, hygiene, weight, body, or any other aspect of their appearance. It is unfair to the service provider for clients to believe they are flawlessly attractive and then pass judgment from the comfort of their home behind a screen.

It for sure would be informative and even entertaining, but the client would have to agree to it, to give their board handle to the SP and to be active on this board. Furthermore, not may SPs are currently active on MERB. Basically it requires rethinking the system from the ground up, which seems unlikely to happen.

We actually had one brief review of a client recently BTW but that was a special case.

On a related note, I noticed that in the rare instances that bad clients are called out on MERB for their alleged bad behaviour, by either a provider or an agency, they almost never come back to try to justify themselves. That does suggest that their bad behaviour would not withstand further questioning.

I know who your referring to. And its like i said satisfying his ego. People create personnas on this forum to seem cool or bad ass whatever, cause outside this forum they are average/ normal whatever word you want to fit. Will leave that to everyones discretion

If the roles were reversed and sps were reviewing alot would be exposed. My two cents. And its excatly why it would make for an interesting read

I wouldn’t see the relevancy of reviewing clients and wouldn’t want to waste my time doing so. But it’s just food for thought and I agree with what was said hahaha. I understand the point of wanting to give feedback on someone’s service, however, there are limits and lines are definitely crossed when it’s straight up insulting a woman. It’s like an ego trip for some. Even the romance sex novels … people also forget that this is our job at the end of the day we are not thinking about all of our clients in that perspective. (No disrespect, just being realistic haha)

While I acknowledge that the likelihood of this system being put into place is slim, I feel it is important to raise the point to urge reviewers to exercise greater consideration before casting unwarranted criticisms towards service providers. If the roles were reversed and the service provider was reviewing the client,it is likely that clients would make significant efforts to improve their appearance, behavior, and hygiene to make a positive impact.

Understandable. That is also the beauty of having so many diverse SPs to visit and get accustomed to each of their personalities / service. I feel as though every lady brings something different to the table (just like clients) and it’s fkn awesome to have unique interactions each time.

Regardless, I believe that every person has a different degree of basic hygiene and it’s up to them to perform the “smell tests” hahah.

Behaviours also vary, but it should not stray away from fundamental respect. In and outside forums.

I don’t wanna feel like I’m mommying people - I just would never wanna meet these types, hence why I’m really selective.

Funny anecdote;
I’ve already blocked a potential client because his first approach was really bad and I told him that I didn’t feel comfortable hosting him.
He then texted me from a burner number, met with me and told me afterwards that it was him from that time. He’s now a regular and we laugh at that situation. The ones who really respect you will and will acclimate to you. Same how I do with each client. That’s what I want. It makes the whole experience more enjoyable and authentic.

Definitely not, but indies have to, as they run their own business. Agency girls should refrain from reading reviews and let the owner/booker take care of PR if needed.

The less girls know about how their encounters are described and about the inevitable criticism that may arise (you just can't please everyone), the better they'll feel.

The agency girls are reviewed the most and criticized the most. Also their reviews are extremely detailed from smelly feet to bad hair etc. imagine they would see some of their reviews. They woyld have a field day with most of the reviewers on this forum .

I hate to be the bearer of bad news gentlemen but almost all agency escorts have our own handle, and 99.9 read reviews. You may not know it but I can assure you that literally almost every agency escort with some basic computer literacy will read their reviews. I am not saying that this is bad but some reviews from clients are harsh, clear spinners who are called fat, complaining about cellulite, also guess how much of us have. Borderline eating disorder, or a full blown eating disorder, those comments are hurtful. We are all humans and if you cannot stand someone who is still in a very healthy weight range and still call them overweight, then the reviewer is clearly the problem.

Also, I cross reference the clients who give the harsh reviews and it's always the least handsome clients, from communications with my colleagues compared to the conventionally attractive ones. It's like the least attractive the client the most harsh when it comes to reviews as there incel like habits make them feel better for putting down a beautiful woman. While the handsome or more conventionally attractive clients are more flexible in their reviews as I researched as they can usually get women for free, so strange but so true. I could literally do a sociological study in this lol

I can agree many agency escorts check and there's some review "manipulation" by agencies and escorts. It's crazy how one review says a girl is the best and the same reviewer months later rates her as the worst. It makes no sense and makes it difficult to figure out the reality.
Female beauty standards are also insane, the guys out there expecting absolute perfection is too much. These photos of people airbrushed to perfection, they aren't even allowed pores in some magazines. The root of the problem is societal really. It's hard for a girl to live up to the fantasy composed within the mind. We've lied to ourselves and been fed so many lies most don't know or understand the reality we actually live in. Anyway I rant.

Your comments on it being "ugly" guys is just conjecture. There's no way to know my dude, funny theory but that's all it is.

I don't know that girls reading their reviews is helpful. Maybe in a few cases with the veteran reviewers. I think they'd be better off having open conversations with repeat clients. What they liked and didn't, being honest with one another.

Bad reviews are typically for liars and thieves and a review probably won't fix that.
