XXXtase vs Devilish - 1 goes up 1 goes down

Just curious to know if others agree with me.

I find that in recent weeks, xxxtase has been making a huge comeback while devilish on the other hand has turned into a tier 2 agency at best.

Xxxtase has recently added stars like Charlotte, Audrey and Michelle and we've also been lucky enough to see the beautiful Alicya in the lineup fairly regularly. In comparison, devilish has lost Magalie, Melina, Erika, Nadia, Charlotte, Riley and we almost never see Charlie. I find their lineup has gone totally south and is very much a B-squad most nights.

I personally I think major factors are Martin's recent recruiting success as well as the fact that Chris no longer answers the phone on the devilish side. Chris, when he answered the phones, was the best guy in the business to deal with. It was such a pleasure dealing with Chris that I would check his lineup before any other and often I would opt for one of his girls. But now some other guy answers the phone... I think it may be Mark but I'm not sure. I've spoken to this gentleman a few times and he comes off as everything but a gentleman. I feel like I'm talking to a pimp and not a businessman. I find this person to be rude, aggressive and makes me want to call elsewhere.... and that's what I do now. Really too bad for devilish that Chris is more behind the scenes. Strange how Girls on Fire is doing so well. Maybe Chris is more involved with GOF than with Devilish... that would help explain why one is doing so well and the other so bad.

Chris is more often than not manning the phones at GOF. He is still a pleasure to talk to. Recently I had to cancel rather at the last an appointment with a GOF star and I felt really bad but he was very understanding, was not in a hurry to hang up on me and just gave the me the feeling it was OK.

Martin is more directly invovled at xxxtase for the last few months and it shows! He too has always been a pleasure to deal with, honest and open about things. His girls love him. While some (here un-named) agencies are all cool/ schmoozy with you on the phone, the girls tell you that for them it's hell to pay if they deviate with things such as being 5 min late when the driver picks them up, or if they don't do this or that. Never with Martin!

But I would not make a too quick judgement on one agency versus another. Girls more around all the time, it's a known fact, almost as old as the SP world! Agences go up and down all the time also! What counts for me is that the girls are hot, are happy with what they do and ... who is on tonite!

They both are good but xxxtase is a different class all together and it is always pleasure to deal with the most honest and straight person to deal with .I have never met the gentelman but I have delt with him many times and have reffered him some frieneds they all say the same thing he is a delght to deal with.again develish by far better than the most agencies in montreal.

Maybe, maybe not. If Chris spends more time on Devilish, will GOF then suffer? One man (well, is he human or demon ) can only be in so many places at the same time...

Saying this, I would like to have a better idea of an agency owner's time schedule... what is their day at the office like?

I visit Montreal 2 - 3 times a month and generally book one girl a night... Montreal has such value compared to other cities.

I had so many mediocre experiences with XXXtase in the fall, I have not used them since November. For me, XXXtase was always 100 % GFE and dependable even if the pictures were not on the site. After three duds, I have not phoned since that time.... maybe I should.

I now have my favourites at Devilish and recently expanding with Geisha's addition of Shelby and Maximum but Lenna, are Ivy are on my TDL for GOF. There are just so many good options at 180 - 200 vs Toronto 250 - 350 its a bargain.

Its amazing how bad Devilish/GOF has become, especially considering they almost exceeded capacity at the GT the other night!!

I could have predicted that the same week Chris throws another spectacular event, the 2nd in about 6 months, that someone would start a negative thread. Having almost all of the girls in attendance, raffles, drinks, etc. might be considered pumping some life back into the agency. I wonder if whatgoesaround went to the GT to check it out... somehow I doubt it.

IMHO Martin runs his agency very well, and currently Martin & Chris are in my speed dial.

Devilish Vs Xxxtase

I have been dealing with both agencies for a good 2 years now. I would say that Devilish was an excellent agency before but since the last year they have gone downhill.

Negative points about Devilish are : Lack in custumer service, late appointments, not responding to emails and pm's, the people who anser the phone dont know the girls they book, the girls at Devilish are forced to work shifts till 4 am in the morning, there are to many cheifs in this agency and not enough indians.

Xxxtase on the other hand is an agency i respect. At times Martin would tell me im sorry i dont have anyone available today for your liking , instead of sending somenone and telling me she is a new hottie with all the devilish salami and baloney.

Now times are good for Martin he has alot of hot girls working for him and yes i would like to see Tamara again. But since she is with an Organisation i dont deal with anymore for a lack of respect i wrather see new girls .

Up to date gof is doing just fine, the line ups and choices are always interesting sometimes they have better nights then others. When chris is around things are smooth and straight forward. He hasn't been answering the calls lately due to the most recent GT I would think. He has someone filling in who I think is robin and she has not the slightest clue to what's going on. Who's on, what time but her attitude is nice, she is just not chris! Devilish stinks on so many levels except for the fact that they still have some stars ie kim, leah and a few others. Mike is my least prefered to deal with I don't even know if he knows what customer service is. He is full of stories and is all over the map. Girls not showing, or being late and I mean late out of the norm with no call or follow up. If I would not make my standard follow up call who knows what would be, simply he is either not cut out for it or he doesn't give a sh*t. Xxxtase and martin are top notch these days with his outstanding lineup of girls and his hands on customer service. I should add when he is not around things do slide a bit but no where near as bad as devilish. I'd take martins fill in over mike himself at devilish. When michelle appeared on xxxtase I phone martin instantly and asked to see her, he told me he was on his way to pick her up to meet her and that I would be the first and in 30 minutes. I said i'd be honoured and that I can't wait. 15 minutes later he called me back and asked me if it's ok if she is a bit early since there was no traffic I said send her right up, the rest is a daze!! Now that's customer service. He has always been good like that for as long as I can remember.
Chris keep it up with gof I saw dolce last night very smooth and it was nice talking to u. Devilish needs help and lots of it, I know your only one man but until things turn around devilish is on the back burner.
Martin your on top of the mountain lately. It's nice to see you involved, it's nice to talk to you and deal with u. Your girls talk highly of u and that says alot!!

I use many agency's when i visit...its always a mix of three or four...or seven (depending on the girls work schedule).

Id have to say if I was a newbie visiting town for the first time and lack of reviews on the girls...id have to say id pass on some of the Xxxtase girls for the websites lack of larger pictures. Seriously, the thumbnail photo is about the same size as the picture when you click it.

Escort agency's are the same as a retail outlet....you want to sell me on the girl once my interest is peaked. Give me a nice crisp picture, size doesn't matter...we all have high speed internet now. Make me want to keep calling for that girl. Dont give me a tiny ass little picture to try to view...we all know 2 things fail when guys get old...the eye's and the other thing. My agenda is beginning an interesting and comparative discussion on the directions of 2 competing agencies. I really hope you're not suggesting that I'm trying to beef up xxxtase and knock down devilish because I have some hidden interest especially since I've conceded that GOF is doing fine and that Chris just needs to worry about devilish a tiny bit more because the other guys working in his place aren't half the businessman he is.

Furthermore, this is not based on my "past experience" as a whole but more my past experience in recent times. We all know how devilish used to be the bomb. But now tables have turned, probably because Chris can't do everything himself.

I agree with Bird, Mike and / or Mark from devilish need some coaching from Chris on how to come across like a gentleman and not a pimp!

I guess now that the GT is behind us, chris is on his A game to help out devilish. As you can see this thread holds value, chris stepped up right away. I guess he knows/ realizes that devilish has been falling behind and that it needs some action. Chris I have no doubt in YOU, the only thing that still concerns me is the proffesionalism and attitude of customer service when you are not picking up the phone. but he is the only guy i could trust with my personal information, He is all about his clients and sometimes this make girls not-happy, because lets face it, most of these girls are very unstable bitches, they are big time hustler, and they don't care about the agency reputation that cost money to build. i had many problems with Chris that he always solved as a real man. he tried to talk me through his opinion and what he could offer me as a solution. no gangster crap or attitude.

on the other hand I have dealt with martin, and I was not very impressed.
because i can read between the lines and I don't take things at face value. no one asks the question if martin is chumy chumy with his girls, how can he be a boss, what if an actual problem happened between you and the girl, which side is he going to take?
. a friend actually told me that he called him to give him shit about a girl, and even intimidated him, which is natural when you deal with your girls as your girlfriends not your employees. anyway this is the impression I got from his girls. can you look back at the threads and point out martin taking a stand for his clients?? never?? he always defends himself and the girls.

on the talent side, its just a cycle, if any thing is an indication that Chris is the man, just look at the fact that a smart and sweet heart like K.I.M would not work with anyone else.

I have used both agencies for a few years now and I would disagree that Devilish is going down. As much as I wouldn't want to compare the two agencies, (they are both great) I would have to side with Devilish over XXXtase any day of the week. Sure, XXXtase has stepped up their game, but that's only because they had to. We are fortunate to have a true professional like Chris at the helm of the Devilish/GOF agency and it makes the other agencies take it to a whole new level which doesn't even come close to Devilish. Here is a perfect example. My cousin was in Montreal this past weekend with a bunch of his friends (I wish I could have been there!) for a bachelor party. They needed 8 girls on a Friday night and there was only one agency that was able to deliver, Devilish. They were on time, professional, and full GFE ready. Chris not only coordinated the whole event, he was sure to call afterwards to ensure the service was up to par. I have used both agencies, but seriously guys, there is only one Chris and their is only one Devilish.

Once again you've separated yourself from other agency owners. Chris, you know I'm a huge fan of yours and thats why I started this thread. I wanted you to pump life back into devilish which you managed to do immediately upon the opening of this thread... like a good businessman should. You constantly demonstrate an initiative that nobody else has in this business. Bottom line I'm glad you helped out devilish with your superior recruiting skills.

There is one other slight problem Chris, which I think you could rectify. The gentleman who answers the phone at devilish... you got to work on this guy. Now I know you can't be everywhere at the same time so I understand that you have to delegate. Nonetheless, train this guy to talk to clients with the respect and professionalism that you have so well demonstrated throughout your tenure. I mean, run your agencies how you see fit... but it is of my opinion that devilish went way downhill just because of the personality and courtesy of those answering the phone. You built devilish's reputation on being an excellent business man and a true professional. I just wish the others among your management shared such qualities. Maybe you could teach them your way... the right way?

To wrap it out.... I applaud you Chris for re-establishing the daytime shift at devilish and for managing to recruit such beauties in such timely fashion. I know I can always count on you to listen to your clients and to give them what they want!
