strange and curious

I did not try to erase, but yes, I received 2 strange friends request this week.

So what if someone wants to friend you?

Really? Opening a thread for something so insignificant.
Just ignore the request and move on.

Friend request may be insignificant to you, but there was a bug that persisted a couple of days last week. When someone asked to be your friend you would get a notification in the top navigation bar just like when you get a new private message. For a few days, it was impossible to accept or deny the request and it would show up as a new notification everytime you would connect to the forums.

Cloudsurf you seem very tensed, you should get a massage and try to relax a bit. Or as you said, you could just ignore the thread and move on, specially when you're replying a week later No need to be rude buddy.

SP probably receive lots of "random" friend request, guys wanting to keep in touch with them and have easy acces to there posting history (to see there ads for exemple)

As for guys receiving request, maybe that person like your reviews a lot, consider you a "person to follow" and consider your opinions and infos.

That totally explain "random" friend requests.

I myself had an SP once sending me one, an SP i saw VERY briefly at one party, never met in private, and who rarely advertise here. I tough it was a bit strange but i was flattered in a way. It mean in some ways she know who i am and noticed me ...

The only strange part about the OP post was the "can't delete them" but if it was a bug of the forum it explain it.

Unless they privately advertise with you why not to be friends!
