Gaby do you think Toronto will make short work of TB? 5/6 games? I was very surprised by the lazy defense played by TB last night. The first goal by Mathews nobody was within 20 feet of him and he wound up for that slapshot like Reggie Jackson swinging at a fastball. Later Marner's goal was the same thing, nobody was near him and he danced around with impunity in free space before scoring. I was so surprised by the atrocious defensive play of TB. Also that breakaway by Kampf, that was just so sloppy and careless to allow that play. Lastly I couldn't believe the crowd in Toronto and how loud Scotiabank was with each goal. It must be an incredible experience to see a game there.Yep..no joke at all....what a total domination...lol......same for Car.....and who scored the winning one for LA.....yep DANAULT.

I think all that Toronto did was poke the bear. Tampa will comeback stronger than ever and dominate with a vengeance.
Well...TAMPA did not play well lately and TOR much better....big bigpressure on the LEAFS ...really think with MATTHEWS---MARNER--TAVARES --NYLANDER AND CAMPBELL this time will deliver...they could do it in 6...

Another thing WTF with TB's power play? They had a 5 minute power play after Clifford was ejected for a total cheap shot and they looked completely disorganized almost like it was the first time they ever did a power play. I was stunned as they have good players but they looked like they didn't know each other. Stamkos was NHL Player of Month in April but he was nowhere to be seen. And Kucherov looked completely frustrated, crying to refs, etc. It was a really bad look for TB last night - they need to wake up!!!!

Laughs looked like they we're alone there. You can bet Jon Cooper will make the proper adjustments. A lot of the Bolts if not all we're completely off.

Oh wow.. .never never IMHO this game should have gone in OT... should have ended in the third 4-3 NYR...DUMOULIN was the one who was responsable....period.....SHESTERKIN with 79 saves,,,,just incredible.....big win though for the PENS...BUT far from over.

I am anxious to see how TB responds to the severe beat down they received in Game 1, and that response will be seen tonight. Has the bear been poked awake, or will he continue to sleep as if in hibernation?
