However Legault is violating human rights and the constitution with his Bill 96 that will affect the livelihood of anglophones and allophones. The constitution guarantees to have justice in both official languages and also to have medical services in both languages. Legault is abusing the Notwithstanding Clause to pass bills that cannot be challenged in court because they violate the human charter of rights, he puts French above human rights (how low and despicable can he be?). We got a clown in a suit as prime minister and he is scared of Legault, his job is to enforce the constitution. Bill 96 should be thrown out of court. Instead of being so concerned with identity politics, what about addressing the situation in the hospitals? Several emergency rooms are running at reduced service.
