Hi everyone.
Hygiene is essential to me having a good session (I love DATY/DATO), as I'm sure many of you can relate.
What's the smoothest, least offensive/off-putting way to ask a provider to shower/wash before you start? (Doesn't matter if together or solo)

Thanks for your opinions in advance.

Of course they always say they just took a shower right but unless you witness it or they join you in the shower, you never know.

There’s one provider who claims to shower in between clients but there’s no shower at their studio so as far as I can tell, they clean themselves with a wet towel. Disgusting.

We typically prefer to shower on our own time, though. Like personally I prefer to shower at my home because I can spend a long time in the shower that way and I don't add an extra towel to the incall laundry.

But personally I think the least offensive way would be to ask before the booking even takes place if a shower together is an option. That way, she can plan for it (for example some people don't like taking two showers within 20mins because it can dry the skin) and you're not taking a guess by just going and hoping she won't tell you she already showered.

Good point, and yes, that's a good way to go about it.
The downside is that the booker will say no and you're shit out of luck on a provider you really wanted to see. But I guess that's better than an awkward "no" during the session
Ps. I'm specifically talking about outcalls, which is usually the only way I see providers.

I think that explaining the situation and saying this "shower time" is on you will clear out your expectation and the SP will know if if she is ok with that. In fact she can just jump in the shower for a refresh before action starts. When I visit and "incall", I have taken a full shower before, washed my teeth, put clean clothes and underwear and take a quick shower to "refresh" upon arrival, so she will feel confortable and happy. it is just the reverse situation.

Same here (replace home by my hotel or friends place since im not from Montreal) But if i go incall im expected to.shower right? And i do.

So i guess if op like outcall he want the SP to maybe "refresh harder"? As some said im sure if you tell her you cool taking 10m of your time on a shower most SP will do it...

But tbh most SP i saw outcall wanted to refresh and never i felt any Sp was "not clean".

Worst i had like i said before was a cigarette taste barely hidden by some minty thingy.
... It just barely masked it lol

Yeah, I don't disagree!! But here specifically I was replying in regards to the "after" shower though, because he mentioned several providers not having taken showers after they were done. I think most people prefer to take their "after" shower at their home unless they have an appointment right after!!

Just ask, I don’t think anyone would be offended. As long as you remember that it’s time taken off the entire moment you’ll spend with that person…

One of the many reasons why Fiona/Susie is one of my favorites, we shower together at the beginning after tea.
Same applies to many other Asian SPs I know. Water flute is very often performed during SF2.

After tea?
Water flute?

Care to translate those terms? Thanks!

Fiona offers green tea when I come in and there is a bit of foreplay while enjoying the hot beverage at her kitchen counter.
SF2 or shower for two after the tea, where she lovingly and sensually cleans you and herself throughly ending with a wet sloppy BBBJ under the hot shower or hot shower sex.
A pure gem. That is why many of us are in remission when she is away and have Asian fever.

I really like SF2, so when it happens, it's a way, for me, to know the provider is taking one.
Not that I'm looking for a proof, but... still!
Ultimately, the fun of the SF2 is more important.

Ohh. This is a sore spot for sure.
It takes tact.
I shower after every visit. I had an abusive ex in the past who just because I was an SP for 6 months when I was 18. I never hid it from my future partners, but some weaponized a short past to embody an entire personality. He would say if I wanted him to be intimate with me, I had to shower first because whores were dirty, and needed to be clean before being touched. (By this point I hadn't been a SP for 15 years.)

When returning to SW it is almost an insulting trigger depending on how I am asked about cleaning before.

I do have 2 regular sweeties I see who have braught it up nicely by mentioning they like DATY/DATO and just feel more ready for it when a shower is just had. Now it is just part of the encounters I have with them. And they know I won't wet my hair in their shower. I don't bring my post shower hair products around with me. And even after I take the shower starting those appointments, I take a shower after too.

I don't want to Drive home feeling ick from lube, and smelling of someone else's body sweat, I want to feel clean myself after having fun before leaving to either go home, or if I'm lucky see someone else to keep my fun going. I wouldn't want to see someone smelling like the last guy. It just isn't sexy to me.

On hot days it has also happened, I would ask if they mind i freshen up in a quick shower before starting, if I'm feeling ick from my own sweat.

During summer, especially this one, there is no need for the SP to sweat asking, I'll say I need a shower right away and even before the welcome hug.
I really don't want to feeling of disgust when the person hugging is surprised by the sticky and sweaty me ...

In my experience, it is quite rare for a service provider to shower at the beginning of an encounter. I have seen this only a few times in the past; typically, they tend to shower after the session, which seems more logical.

It happens like when you have a dinner before and you need to walk back to the incall especially during summer.

I only do outcalls so I always shower at the end of the session. It happens a few times that the client wanted me to shower at the beginning of the appointment anyway; and I did it, it's fine, everybody have their reasons. But I will still shower at the end like usual so the shower time in the beginning is not deducted from the appointment time period. It also happen sometimes that I needed to take a shower in the beginning (ex: my last client was more than 1 hour ago etc); in those cases, timer will start after shower because its on me.
