I take 5mg of Cialis daily for body building purposes. No sides apart from having to avoid nitrates but hell I pound stim laden pre-workout with no issues (risk is a drop in blood pressure). If you have physical ed yes it will help, if it's mental it might not ( I struggled with condom related ED when I first started seeing SWs) . Ask your doc to give you a script for 5 or 10 mg daily. Takes 30 days to reach saturation. Lots of great reasons to take it, go for it.

I've taken both at the same time and sure it works, but not having ED to begin with I can't say with certainty how effective it can be. What I can say is it's not recommended to use both at the same time for blood pressure issues. You're also looking at black market supplies which are a crap shoot as to what's actually in the product.
Go to a walk-in clinic and tell whatever doc you end up seeing that you want to try both Cialis and Viagra to see which one you like better. They'll give you a script for both and go buy it at a pharmacy. I have insurance so it's much much cheaper but from looking at the paperwork without insurance I think it's going to cost you around $200 for both if you go brand name. My pharmacy offered me generic but with insurance I didn't care.

So I haven't used condoms more than a handful of times my entire life ( early 40s), and not in a good 15 years (recent test came back clean as a whistle btw) First time I saw an SW I took 25 mg of Cialis, 100 mg Viagra, and 200mg of PT141 a peptide you can look up just for kicks. Was rock hard from stepping into her incall. All was fine until 30-45 min into things and I felt my head start sweating profusely and lost my hard on immediately. My blood pressure had crashed (hours later I checked it and was at 104 over whatever, meaning I was way below that at the time). I needed to rest a few minutes to recover and then I was able to regain erection but lost it again with the condom on. Next time I brought thinner condoms and didn't take all the crazy amount of drugs frankly, just left out the Viagra come to think of it... Anyhow all was fine until time to fuck her and with the condom on I lost it AGAIN.... Next time with a different SW all was fine, was banging her left right and center, except I couldn't for the life of me finish once in a two hour + session. Couple days later I figured what the hell I'll try fucking my gf and all was fine. So I'm pretty sure it's a mental block, or condom related. I used an app called Mojo and while I didn't stick with it it had some good tips so I'm looking forward to seeing an SW as soon as my schedule frees up and I'll try with the condom again. Sure it's not as good as bareback but I'm hoping I can still perform to my usual standard, without worrying about performing and throwing off my game at the same time.
I don't know what these pills do with your blood pressure but blood pressure pills have definitely fucked up my libido and my erections. Good news is my blood pressure is great, consistently 118/75 to 120/78. Bad news is it's hard to get hard and it's hard to cum but I can still do so occasionally. But the loss of consistent sexual proficiency is very disturbing to me. I have an enlarged aorta so I understand that the alternative to controlling my BP is stroking out, and I don't want to stroke out. Hitting age 60 sucks guys!!!! I am not what I was in my 20s, 30s, or even my early 50s. My penis needs all the help it can get!!!!!!!
I'm pretty much use to use condoms. But somehow with SP it takes me a long time before coming or even sometimes getting soft ...
I didn't try to bring/try thinner condoms to see the difference.
On a side note my BP is bad but I don't take medication.
Was it the Cialis or the PT141 that brought your BP down?
Also took a large Viagra that time. Other times I took pt141 and Cialis with no ill effect but inability to finish.

You mean that a "normal" BP impact your erection? Or it'a the side effect of the BP medication?
First question- test is called an echocardiogram. My aorta went from a normal 3.7 cm at age 54 to 4.4 cm at age 61- just 7 years. Probably due to uncontrolled blood pressure.
Second question- it's the side effect of blood pressure meds. I take 2 of them- Carvedilol and Amlodipine
@LeDodo missed your question first time around, but it's PDE5 inhibitors (Cialis, Viagra) combined with nitrates that can lower your BP. PT141 doesn't work by way of vasodilation, rather it works on a part of the brain and increases libido. I forgot to mention the first time when I crashed I chugged a pre workout on my way to see the SW. Again, not supposed to mix PDE5 inhibitors with nitrates like that.
You can safely take Cialis and Viagra every day and in addition to help with BP, it can help keep your prostate in good shape, as well as increase androgenic sensitivity, and a host of other benefits.

I been prescribed high blood pressure pills and I still have not taken the pills due to side effects I read including the one you just outlined. I am in my 40s, I need the blue pill. My pressure is consistently at 141/92. Also I read using the blue pill while on high blood pressure medications has some interactions. The big no to never use blue pill with are nitrates and alpha blockers. Thiazide diuretics and beta blockers are notorious for causing ED and no sensation. I had to steadily increase my dosage of the blue pill over the years to maintain the same effect.

I am pretty sure the enlarged aorta was due to prolonged uncontrolled blood pressures. It was completely normal in 2017. It's all gone to shit in the last 7/8 years. I had been getting advice to take pills for years but I resisted until I turned 60. My father also had to go on BP pills at age 60 so I figured it was time.
The BP pills definitely fucked my libido and my erections, but I am hoping some weight loss will enable me to reduce my dosages, so that I can restore some functionality. That's what I am shooting for.

Enlarged aorta is very dangerous. After talking to you, I should start taking my blood pressure medications.
