I think the idea is the ethanol alcohol evaporates creating a warming cooling effect stimulating blood flow?

What is a warming cooling effect??? It doesn't make sens.
When alcohol evaporates it takes energy (calories) from your body you will feel a cooling effect. Arteries in your skin will constricts to prevent loosing heat.
For and erection to occur, you need dilatation of the arteries, the opposite.
All those expensive products are good only for the wise man selling it, he makes money from credulous people.

I have a question about Cialis. From my understanding, it is the same as viagra but better? That it last for 1 day and a half?

So if I take one and I see another SP in the next day, I shouldn't need to a viagra or another Cialis pill?
