I tried to contact X SP based in MTL 30 hours ago still no answer.
I know everyone got things to do that's why im asking for insights.
Should i try to contact an other SP or i should i wait?
Yes i want to see X provider but i don't want to be out of time if X SP cant see me !
i know 1 week is plenty of time but cant see provider X i would like to try to book an an other SP id like to see.

If financially and time wise you can just enquiry for 2 SPs at different time. At best you could be seeing 2 and at worst ... Well, send a message to the 2nd one first!

I'm afraid we can't talk on her the SP behalf so not much insight. The only insight we can share is that if she has screening criteria, you'll have to be enquiry with that as baseline to have an answer.

Just wait a bit (what they hint at on their website or ad) and then wait a bit more and when you're like 'I have to reach out to another provider' you can send them an email when you get booking confirmation from the new provider. Just say 'sorry we couldn't connect this time. I hope we can make it work next time I'm around' or something.

Because you don't want to book with another provider, just to cancel her when the first provider finally reaches out and wants to confirm an appointment. This is bad etiquette. I would wait 48 hours (which is generous I think), then move on.

Question: I have been having stamina problems with getting 2 shots in 90/120 mins. I never check when I get my first SOG, but it take time and effort for the possible second shot. Should I jog or get extra exercise to work out for “session”?

Lately at office we are keeping a spreadsheet to do a "pushup challenge" and motivate between us to do pushup regularly. We are setting at a 1000 per month as a starter. You can try as I feel it improves the stamina.
