I share you experience with Vogue. My feeling is that they do not filter the girls that join their agency. Many girls with bad reviews end up with them. Too many girls whom I've been with were, at best, extremely so so experiences, and there was even one blatant bait and switch (last month) which was unforgivable. A total turnoff. You'd expect something like that at Leolist. I've been thoroughly unimpressed. To be fair, Morgane was the best ever from this agency, (classy, beautiful and an engaging conversationalist) but she appears to be no longer there. Jenny Love was also a keeper, but she quit for some reason and is now, apparently, at Luxury. Sensation is by far the best agency by a country mile in the city, and Joe the booker is a legend. You'll never go wrong with Sensation.

Do bookers have a second career option as say, air traffic controllers ? Seems the ability to juggle on the fly and stress levels are similar
Truthfully, a booker is basically a logistic manager with horny clients. Especially if it's like an outcall only like vog with their drivers. If you are juggling like 10 to 20 girls with small timeframe and client service. There is a lot to deal with. Not an easy job.
